However, their lack of expertise and their poor quality of care has caused me to have some major issues to my dental health. Due to being in their care, I am now losing my time, my money, and my dental health is deteriorating at a young age. They did not take time to acknowledge the problems that I was experiencing, and they did not care about my long term dental health. I would never recommend them to a family member or a friend.

Probably the worst medical professionals (unprofessionals) I have dealt with. Our dentist (who was excellent) retired and this practice took his patients. Not a good idea. I would highly recommend finding a different and better dentist practice.

Dr.Mark was friendly and knowledgeable. The staff is professional and efficient. I am glad to have found this office so close to home and I certainly would recommend it.

concern for their patients with a touch of humor which for a Dentist's office isn't

Got a dental appt. to get a tooth pulled . I used to hate dentist until my friend introduced me to Dr.Grant Smith at 2011. W. Lamberth rd. Sherman...if your in need of an excellent patient and kind dentist with fair and reasonable prices... do check him out. You won't be sry...wonderful beside manner and makes sure you don't hurt. His staff are just as nice and caring as he is...now going to t he dentist isn't such an ordeal anymore...

It had been almost twenty-eight years since I have been to a dentist because I could a really bad experience with them and I did not have anything nice to say about any dentist my friend talked me into going to see Dr Grant because I was having a real bad tooth problem dr. Grant convinced me that dentist are okay I enjoyed my visit immensely every single time I went he went over and above to make me feel comfortable at ease and to make sure that I was not feeling any pain I enjoyed my visit so much that I was sad when I would no longer need to come and see him on a regular basis. He changed my view of dentist altogether I can not give him a higher rating he has made me not be afraid to go to the dentist although I might not want to go to anybody but him I cannot give him a higher praise or accolades than he deserves he is very very good dentist I cannot recommend him any higher if you're leery of dentist afraid of a dentist please go and try Dr Grant Smith you will not be disappointed. I could not find fault with any person that I was exposed to in Dr Grant Smith dentist office they were always polite and as wonderful and nice is he was it was all in all a wonderful experience considering it was a dentist I will definitely be going back to see Dr Grant Smith in Sherman Texas.

Worst place in the world to go for dental help, they will lie to you rather then be honest. Not worth time or money be warned!
