Marisol Condominiums

Awesome stay....top floor 2/1 condo with awesome view and less than 150 yards from the water..unit 305 has all u need..a little dated but has nice furniture n appliances, well decorated and all supplies at hand. The pool n kiddy pool are a great feature, especially with little ones. The grounds are well kept and they offer outdoor grills with picnic tables which have a great view...staff is very welcoming and will help with whatever u need...weekly n monthly rates only...but I'd do it again.we loved it n my kids had a memorial vacation..unit 305..956 761 1193..

Spent 5 days over Labor Day weekend I think we stayed in 306 or 308! The view was amazing! The beach is right there ! The only reason I gave it four stars was because this place is not stocked with much you really do have to bring everything except the kitchen sink! I guess I'm used to renting Airbnb's. It would've been nice If they would have like saran wrap tinfoil a sharp knife or at least a knife that would cut a watermelon, seasonings besides salt and pepper maybe beach towels &beach chairs. literally the only thing it comes with is plates cups silverware salt and pepper and coffee filters 4 of each bath towels and face cloths and towels. It's quite a hike to the dumpster to throw the trash away the garbage bags they supply are so cheap that they breaks very easily so it might be worth bringing your own garbage bags! The kitchen was infested with little tiny ants that you couldn't leave food on the kitchen counters for one second everything had to be scrubbed down before you meal prepped! With all of that being said I would definitely go back and most likely will! I would just come more prepared!

Used to love it here. I get they have policies in place but I ha e a family emergency and they will not refund even a fraction of my deposit. Ha e fun with my money that you get for doing nothing.

Our family has been going to the Marisol for the week of Thanksgiving every year since 1981. Yep. That is 30 years so far and there is no end in sight. This is a great stay. They have an outdoor HEATED pool, one of the few on the island. The grounds are impeccably maintained. The rooms can be hit or miss, but the price is so reasonable that it is hard to complain if you get a condo that has not been upgraded recently. (Ask the receptionish about the condition of the rooms.) the permanent residents are very friendly. The beach is just out the front door and the city rakes it every morning so there is never any trash.
