Marine Layer

I ordered a shirt from here and the sales rep typed in my address totally incorrectly. I noticed when the package failed to deliver because of the incoherent address. I contacted DHL, then UPS, but was told to contact the merchant directly. I reached out to the store and the attendant apologized and we went over the address again. I asked him to confirm the address back to me multiple times. The package then shipped to the wrong address again. He has made two errors in the address and only corrected one, despite going over the address with me again the package failed to deliver. Customer service took over, and they said they would send an expedited package. They lost it and have not sent it yet. Used to like this brand but horrible shopping experience will never go back.

The store is lovely and clean. You'll be greeted with a cute greeting of Oh, Hey! at your feet. I didn't buy anything, but from browsing through their stuff, the price range is quite pricey (maybe comparable to J Crew). I'm not giving all five stars because I'm not sure of their customer service.

So glad this Marine Layer came to DC. Great shirts and a helpful staff. You gotta meet Rufus, the guy is dapper. Definitely made Christmas shopping easy.

The fabric is really soft, and the guy who was working was really cool. Pretty good prices too, cute store!
