Marcus Twin Creek Cinema

We came here as a last minute idea on a cold day and I'll definitely be going back. Once you walk through the front doors there is a restaurant to the right where you can get a bite to eat before the show. You also have the option of concessions as well. It is a beautiful facility and very clean. Everyone that we came into contact with was extremely helpful. The price is fair for a movie theater. Inside the theater was beautiful. The seats are chosen when you buy your ticket (online was very easy). The chairs are made out of leather and have an electric reclining option. Loved it. Also, bring a blanket if you go. Not because it's cold, but those chairs are very comfortable to snuggle up in. Also something to note, the degree of slope in the theater is so great that even if someone is in front of you, it will not obstruct your view

This was one of the nicest movie theaters I have ever been to. The staff was super friendly and the cleanliness was impeccable. The icing on the cake was the restaurant/bar which I can never find in many states. I would come here even if I wasn't going to see a movie but overall I wish more cinemas were like this.

I enjoy watching movies at this theater solely because I can recline my chair! The lounge seats are comfy for my husband and I to relax in. They are worn from what I could tell, but I expect it with the top row, middle seats. The theater has been fairly clean each time we've been (even in the drink station area), and the bathrooms are usually clean too. I like their rewards program, and I like their offer military prices. Overall upgrade wish would be for them to offer some alcohol options.

While I'm hopeful for more events this holiday season and into 2024, I know the pandemic really put a concrete wall on theater business!
That being said, I love the Marcus!

The location is a bit off of the beaten path but the building itself is really nice! The staff was super friendly and efficient. Nice bright and clean bathrooms. I wish there were soda fountains on either side of the concession stand but what's a couple extra steps ;). The theater was a bit chilly but otherwise very comfortable.

Went in today to watch the Nun 2 (R rated movie). Did not bring ID with me because no employee has EVER asked me for one. The lady giving us our tickets asked for ID and i politely explained I didn't bring it because they never ask for it. I said I have a picture of the ID and that's when the problem started. She instantly had an attitude and was belittling me. She was slamming her fingers on the table while mocking the sign reading ID for R rated movies. I was very disappointed with this treatment as all I said to her was that I didn't know I needed one because no other workers have ever asked for my ID.
She recommended to switch to another movie that's not R rated, the only movies available were R rated.

bro the manager is on ur ass if ur a teenager he dosnt let you be and u have to have ur ticket on u 24/7 but other wise my seats are very comfortable

We love this place. The people were great. The snacks were great. The theater cleanliness was great. The movie was great. ZERO problems which is always great. So just in case you missed my message....everything was GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!
