Marco's Pizza

Best thing by far was definitely the cheesy bread.

We also tried the pepperoni pizza & Hawaiian pizza. Both were edible. I would not eat the pizza again unless it was free. I think it made our stomach upset afterwords.

Can't complain with the service. Our order was ready on time.

App says it's on the way for close to 40 minutes. Call the store. On hold for 7 minutes. Girl answers and says, "You only ordered 82 minutes ago and the driver left 18 minutes ago. Delivery times are 1.5-2 hrs. Pizza arrives about 10-15 minutes later and of course it is room temperature at best. The wife had to put it in the oven to reheat for the kids. When you order, they should let you know delivery times are that slow. If you call in, you shouldn't be put on hold twice and wait 7 minutes to talk to someone without any empathy or customer skills. The only thing wise than her attitude was the pizza. If you are in Sandusky, order from Eats n Treats or Pizza House. You'll have better food and experience.

Inexpensive, easy and they are always friendly. This is our go to for quick pizza and they premade cheese is only $6 for a large.

So this would be a chain I've never heard of before or had until this first visit a few days ago with that said I was very much so surprised at how good the pie I ordered actually was!

So it seems like the people here in Ohio like swear by Marcos as it's like their go to fast food type of pizza place as many of my coworkers insisted they we get this within my first few weeks here me being the pizza queen that I am didn't argue that whatsoever.

Basically I kept it simple by just getting a deep dish pepperoni and here they do it in its own way to where you can request what seasoning or what not is put on the crust which is kinda cool because it just adds that much more customization to an already good pie!

One other thing they have there that I thought was unique is how they have a drive-thru I've never seen a pizza place that has one of these before so I guess it just adds to the pizza delivery factor lol!

Overall yummy chain pizza forget the other chains if that's what I want then I'm coming here because it's honestly better than the other ones!

If I could leave zero stars I would. They got my name wrong, didn't even ask me for it so called me "Linda". They confirmed my address then marked it as carry out so an hour and a half later I called back & found that out. Manager promised pizza right away, asked them to remake because obviously it wasn't going to be fresh. Called back to find out where the order was, got there another 30 mins later. Driver was friendly. Pizza was wrong kids couldn't eat it so we waited 2 hours 15 mins for pizza we couldn't eat. They did give it to me for free however I would've rather paid for the correct order & on time delivery. Wasn't looking for a handout just dinner for my kids who had been at the water park all day and were starved not a happy customer

Wicked fast delivery and good pizza. Ordered to our hotel after a day at Cedar Point. Ordered 2 pizzas and they even supplied plates and cutlery :)

Marco's pizza on perkins ave Sandusky ohio last Monday night the night crew lead was very rude with me and tried to say my card didn't go through but she gave me my food first. My card did ho through. I told her to stop trying to rob your place of business. She was very rude and nasty to me. Then when I let her superiors know she actually called my home 6pm by they way and told me her manager said I threw a sub at her. ( the manager) she lied. I said is she there she said no. So I will be making a trip to toledo ohio to speak with somebody personally on this matter. She said don't come back I am barred from there. I will actually be going there today again to speak with the GM. To address this issue. No body lies on me and gets away with it .

The old world pepperoni is exceptional!
I like the "regular" crust the best. A decent balance between doughy and crispy.

I am not usually enamored by chain pie, but this is a good exception...

Delivery is reasonably fast and thus far has always been hot.

I ordered from here while I was staying at a Cedar Point hotel and the delivery is super fast. I wanted local pizza that I couldn't get at home and I got it. I ordered a large half and half pizza and it was reasonably priced it was just pretty darn small. Next time I know to order up. The crust is perfect and I wanted to eat more pizza but I couldn't as I was full. This was way better than any chain pizza place could provide as it tasted like love.

While my family was visiting Great Wolf Lodge, our last night we were craving pizza and we didn't want any of the "popular chain pizza places" therefore we decided to order from Marco's and I'm glad we chose this Pizza place, it was awesome and very flavorful We ordered 2 different pizzas and and two different salads and we did not have one complaint is was perfect!!!!
