My pizza tonight was phenomenal! The value amazing! The delivery time was even before the ETA! Kudos staff!

I get that restaurants are having staffing issues and food shortages, but you could at least give us the correct pizza! We arrived when at the time our order was to complete. Was told another 15 mins. That's fine no worries. But then that's when things fell apart with this order. We went back in and the a new lady was at the register. Gave our name and she can't "find" our order in the system. Thankfully the lady we spoke to not 15 minutes earlier remembered us and just happened that our pizza was coming out just the . Apparently she "completed" our order in the system 15 mins prior when it wasn't done. No worries, there are always mix ups. So we get home only to find we have the wrong pizza. From placing our order to receiving it, it took 35 minutes and then to find out it's wrong?!? Come on!!! At least get the order right!!!

Stopped in for the first time and picked up a pie. Old world pepperoni, xtra cheese and jalapenos. It was very tasty along with the garlic butter dipping sauce. A little greasy, but I will definitely be back very soon in the near future.

I've gotten delivery from here twice in the last month and each time my pizza has been delivered earlier than anticipated which is always a plus! Drivers have been friendly and the pizza is always hot and fresh! I also love that you can order garlic and ranch sauces (despite popular belief, you can't at all pizza joints). Downside is I like getting a small pizza between two people and delivery order is $10 minimum, so good thing I like my sauces. Their cinnamon squares are also great. Will definitely order here again in the future.

First time ordering as I received a coupon by mail.
My order was a "Chichen Hawaiin Pizza". The pizza had ham which was unexpected since I ordered chicken. I guess it comes with it. Otherwise, I would have rated a "5".
Although I prefer a thin and crispy pizza, it was good.
Next time, I will request a thin pizza, less tomato sauce and only chicken for the meat.
I placed the order and it was ready in 15 minutes.

I don't eat here any more, and I deleted my online account. My other review was deleted by yelp. The customer service is terrible. There are a couple of better pizza options nearby.

Marcos Pizza on E. Broad St sucks! I attempted to order a pizza for my family on 2/3 @ 9 pm. I had no food in my house. Well, my car broke down and I had no transportation to get food. I placed my order. When she ran my debit card, it declined. I explained to her that she would have to change to the address associated with my debit card which is different from the delivery address. She then had to get the Manager who was also female to help her. To add insult to injury, the Manager got on the phone to say "Sorry we can't do that" and hung up the phone. How rude and unprofessional!!
Thank u so much Jeff who is the Manager at Jetts Pizza located on McNaughten Rd. He understood the English language. He changed their database to read pick-up, changed to the address associated with my debit card and it approved my debit card just fine. He then changed it back to the delivery address to make sure I received my food. This was so simple to do and only took about maybe an extra 2 minutes. My family did not go to bed hungry.
If u are going to be in Public Relations good customer service is a must and sometimes u will have to go above and beyond for the customer no matter what. I do this every day on my job. Unfortunately, everyone is not cut out to do this type of work and this is the reason why companies don't yield the money they should; BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I will never give my business to Marcos Pizza again until they read this and make good on my negative experience with their unprofessional employee (female manager).

I just canceled my pizza because of your managers BAD ATTITUDE and because of that he hung up on me. I was very pleasant and because of that we will never order from you again. Plenty of Pizza in the sea of pizza.

I placed an order at 11:45. It said they are open until 12:30. A few minutes later, I get a voicemail saying they are going to cancel the order. I didn't see it. I show up to get my pizza. They are closed. What can you say? I won't go here anymore.

I'd honestly never heard of this place before I started at my current job. Pizza is pretty good with delicious toppings (and that's a plus). I also like the wings, the one time I ordered them. I think I've had their food 4 or 5 times now. I have no problem ordering from them in the future.
