Mantra Yoga & Juice Bar

Like Anthony, enjoyed the studio. Due to covid, the studio opened and closed. I bought a six month membership and only utilized two months, if even. There was no notification the studio closed permanently and no issue of a refund. I emailed the studio through Yelp and received a bounce email, so I Facebook messaged them. Hopefully, the studio will at least reply to the message.

*will edit once I receive a response. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general and consumer agency.

Some teachers were great. As many of their regular customers. I paid ~$400 for a class package, covid happened and they disappeared. No notification or refunds. I heard that some of the teachers who used to work there also were left without being paid. I believe one of the owners now works at "Carlsbad Village Yoga". Curious if there should be a legal action against such act.

Not a fan. Came in after a class next door. Was craving an Acai bowl. The guy that made it had to look at the directions as to how and seemed liked he hadn't made many. It was so watery, no flavor. I asked him to taste it and he agreed so he made us a pitaya bowl instead. Was not much better. I actually got up to check on how he was doing and saw him dip his finger into the mix to try it himself. Not sure how I felt about that one. I'd just go somewhere else next time i'm in that center.

I signed up for Mantra with a $30 for 30 days deal - what an incredible introduction deal. This is a high-end yoga studio. They're a fushion of 2 yoga studio rooms, a yoga clothing boutique, a juice bar, with changing rooms and showers. The showers are stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There are 3 showers, but only one area of the bathroom for changing. They have a large amount of heated yoga flows, which at the end of each heated flow you are pampered with chilled lavender towels.

The cons of this studio: due to the juice bar attachment you can often hear blenders during your flow, meditation, and/or savasana. They do not have enough stock of blankets, blocks for each room so during your class it is likely another yoga teacher will interrupt the class to grab more blocks or blankets for the other class. There's a lot of teachers here so it's fun to check out who you like and who you don't like. If you don't have an introductory price, it'll cost you a pretty penny for monthly membership.

I have always loved dates, they are an embodiment of sweet energy. Even so, I was not sure if eating a spicy hot yogi would be for me. It does not take a thousand words to draw that picture in my mind. I am progressive so I thought I would give it a go, and do you know what? I loved it!

My tastebuds went into overdrive with the combination of Dates, Chocolate Protein, Cacao, Cayenne, Honey, Banana, Sprouted Almond Milk. Mantra also sells fresh turmeric juice that is made to order and the staff members are extremely friendly. Pair that with a gorgeous interior and we have a winning combination. I will be back again and again!

A little slow on service but damn well worth the wait! Came here with a little extra time on my hands prior to work and post a yoga workout (at another spot) & figured why not have something healthy? Well...I wasn't disappointed! I called in my order when I was on my way and arrived for a bit of a wait- the guy behind the counter had been helping this girl who was pretty mellow and when I told him about my order he kind of apologized as he hasn't quite had the chance to make it yet...

Granted, he put almond butter after offering it to me and although I've never had it before I absolutely loved it!

It's a bit on the pricey side- about 7-9 for juice or smoothies but my bowl was $7 bucks. And although small at first, worth every single bite and just brightened my day (as well as kept my hunger at bay!).

Only thing I would recommend to them is to get some bags! Cuz I almost spilled my bowl twice. But that's all.

I like! Expect to see me there Thursday, I'll stop on my way at 8ish!

Having the juice bar in the studio is convenient to complete a healthy day. And it's probably the healthiest place in this area. The interior is spacious and clean.
The locker room is modern and clean too.

The classes aren't too crowded which I liked, but the classes don't really wow me.

The juice bar is standard good too, especially after a heated session.

Just awesome! This place is beautiful, the customer service is hands down. Very high quality ingredients! What else could we ask for? LaDawn is INCREDIBLE! We would give her 10 stars if we could. Super friendly & really cares & loves what she does. Our visit was super nice & we didn't want to leave. Haha

Where to start...

How they find only amazing men and women to operate the business is beyond me. Classes are well structured, on time, and perfectly taught (I've taken 8 classes with various instructors).

If you're going to commit to yoga, this place has to be on your list of places to try... you will not be disappointed.
