Great Addition to the neighborhood! My whole family loves Manny's. You can stop grab great pastries, juice and coffee or sit in and have a meal.

The dining areas are nice when the weather permits site outside, it's perfect. The space is decorated in a rustic fashion and the staff is super friendly.

My favorites are the Donuts and Muffins
      All the fresh juices
      The BLT is YUMMY

Writing this is making me hungry and I know where I'm going! Lol

The store stays open until around 9pm so, it's a great local spot to have a coffee and get some work done.

The Mussels caused the last star!!!! OMG, I'm still thinking of the white wine sauce with red pepper flakes and fresh herbs! YASSSSSSSSS, Honty, YAS!

      Memories of BedStuy before....

It isn't my favorite spot in the 'hood but I'ma support the locals anyway.

Quick coffee, quicker prices (into Manny's-whoever that is pockets-man why is it so pricey? Is it just me?).

Cosy establishment, with a backyard dinning area. A couple benches also at the front.
It's a strictly no smoking joint so don't get excited when you see a backyard.

Yummy breakfast, lunch and cakes are all on the menu so come ready with an empty tummy ....and yuh coins!

On Sunday mornings it's always crowded so come through early if you wanna get a seat inside.

I like it here but like I said, I'm not sure I can afford it.

      The End.

      "Ehh"

I stopped by here on a saturday for a quick breakfast and I was juuuuuust ok. I got a two ingredient omelet with a salad and a cafe au lair and there really was not much to right home (or to yelp about).

The service was OK but nothing really stood out about the place. Maybe I will come back in the spring to experience the "backyard" or maybe I will have a better culinary experience during lunch/dinner.

Great local coffee shop/restaurant in Bed Stuy. It was walking distance from our Airbnb residence in Brooklyn.

We came in around 11am and it was busy it the place is really small! Not much seating in the front of the house, back of the restaurant has a small outdoor patio with around 10 tables. It is a little confusing at first, I thought maybe we just had to order at the counter and then grab a seat but they actually do have table service. Counter ordering is for to-go.

We ordered a couple coffees, a blueberry muffin, and a bacon egg and cheddar breakfast sandwich to share, which came with potatoes. Everything was cooked well, came out fairly quick, and was satisfying.

If we weren't on vacation I could definitely see us coming back to dine here.

I am sad to have to update my review to this, but the lack of table service and the decline in quality of food... yep, I am disappointed. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. It used to be a great brunch spot that I would go alone to or take guests. No it's this tragic walk in deli upgrade. I could see not having service during the week, but on the weekends... no.

Good burgers and good customer service. Cool ambiance and short wait. The waiter was polite and ensured we were comfortable. (Much better than the hell I experienced at Bed-Stuy Fish Fry). I'd definitely recommend this place to friends.

First, the place is cute | Second, the service was sooooo amazing, they are very kind, and they are very-very attentive | Third, the most important the French Toast was sooooooo good, I also had a side of home-fries where I was able to add spinach and avocado to it....yessss!!! Four, they played very soulful music, which made me very happy that they embrace the music that the people whom has grown up in this community was raised on (I say this because I went to a place in our neighborhood that was playing hardcore-death-metal .... I've never went back. But Manny's restaurant is a true representation of our community) LOVE LOVE LOVE now one of my favorite places!

PS the kitchen staff is Mix and I say this because a lot of restaurant are firing they're kitchen staff in place for Central American workers so that they can get away with underpaying them, and that's something I do not see here, I love this place already so much.

French Toast *** with*** a side of Home-fries where I added spinach and avocado to it yesssssssss!!!!!!!

I've never sat down in Mannys and had a meal, so this review is for takeout only.

Although Bed stuy is becoming rapidly gentrified and more and more eateries are popping up, there still aren't a ton of places that I go to for food in the immediate vicinity of my place. I found Mannys about a year ago while searching for a quick bite dinner and I've ordered from here multiple times. I always order the salmon burger and fries because I am HOOKED. The burger comes with miso sauce and sprouts and a bunch of other stuff but I opt to only have lettuce and cucumbers on mine (y'all know that I'm a tad picky". Instead of a salmon patty, their salmon burger is a whole salmon fillet, I'm thinking pan seared. I wish ALL restaurants used salmon fillets for their burger. It is always cooked to perfection! I ask for some of their chipotle mayo on the side and it makes the burger even more amazing! The fries are also good and usually fresh, but a few times have been soggy by the time I made it home. I took away a star for the soggy fries and also because a few times I got home and realized that they gave me regular mayo instead of chipotle (eww). I'd definitely recommend them for takeout and make sure you ask for some chipotle mayo on the side!

They are under new management and it definitely shows. The classic menu items have changed and so has the service. I went on two separate occasions recently (in between lunch and dinner, and brunch). The food was underwhelming and the service slow. At brunch, our food took over 45 min to come out and was cold, bacon was hard as rocks and my potatoes were both burnt and undercooked. Many people in the restaurant were complaining about service and some even opted to leave. This may be new management growing pains, but this is one of my neighborhood staples and it's sad to say I may not be returning.

I used to LOVE this place. It was the Gem of Bed Stuy, I realized something was wrong as soon as I saw the empty walls, empty specials board and different employees. I ordered the Steak and eggs as usual and my eggs were not term I asked for, the home fries were basically potatoes and paprika with little veggies. Coffee was ok. I ordered an Avocado Toast and they run out of it... really? it was 9am! We wanna give it a second chance in a few months, hopefully they'll get better.
P.S. If someone know where is the last chef working, please please let me know.
