Wow such a disappointment - i ordered from this place just now & Wish i could give a zero!!! Nasty horrible DRY turkey chili soup or CHUNK!!! Dry old meatball, greasy panini!!! I'm also very concerned that I ordered GF free roll and i got a wrap! So, if I end up sick I will be showing up at this place due to contamination to gluten which i am ALLERGIC to!!!! Wish I took more photos but i dumped it all in disgust!!! I saved a piece

Just ordered lunch and ate it of course ordered through yelp... took maybe 35mins from order to delivery.
Delivery person was nice ....
Also food was correct.... which after reading reviews I was worried about.
Did the rice ball that was amazing !! I wish I order 10 more!
And did the teriyaki chicken wrap this thing was good !! And super hot by the way wasn't cold...Def freshly made.
Also did the red potatoes they are very good a nice portion for the price.
Only thing it was just missing something taste wise can't place it. But it was really good lunch I'll order again !!!

Just got a green acai bowl. Was missing most of the ingredients. Would think the owner would suggest something else because of that. Nope. Just some shredded coconut, frozen pineapple and slush.. disgusting

I have been to mangia several times and enjoyed it very much. Last night was the second time I ordered and had food delivered...which I will never do again...
Both times they forgot something in the order.. I specifically asked the girl for extra sauce... And I said do me a favor please don't forget it... And what did they forget... The sauces...it also took an 1 1/2 to get the food...it was 1 wrap and 2 panini's....the chicken was not cooked enough it crunched when you bit it...which turned me off...We also had 3 Italian egg rolls they were good as always... Very Disappointed!!!

I love the chicken quinoa soup. It's hearty, filling and delicious. I had the protein wrap and that was delicious, too. The inside of the place needs some love, but the food is good and healthy. I've ordered from there a few times.

Just came back from this place. 1 Turkey meatball 1 chicken meatball 2 pics of lemon chicken 17 bucks....not fresh tasting at all

So I've ordered from this place a number of times the food is ok. But they never get anything right every single time I order they never get it right there's either something missing or not enough food I'm honestly tired of it and will not be ordering ever again from this place. Today I ordered a portobello panini with pesto spread they forgot the pesto spread and there was hardly any portobello I paid $9 for grilled bread

Really good food. Looking for a healthy alternative in the eltingville area. Found this little gem, I ordered the teriyaki chicken platter which was a good mix of flavors and perfectly portioned so you won't get too full. Would deff come back and when I do I'm going to try the southwest bowl!!

Whether picked up or delivered the food often arrives cold and they frequently get the orders wrong (which is a big deal especially when ordering gluten free). On one occasion I called the store to complain that my food was cold. After providing BS excuses, the solution was to call next time to make sure my order gets delivered first. So I have to call every time I place an order to make sure my food isn't cold? What kid of insanity is this?

On one occasion I even witnessed food being made differently than described on the menu. Their banana strawberry smoothie is advertised as containing: "strawberries, bananas and fat free milk." Wouldn't you know when I ordered one, I watched the girl make it right in front of my face using WHOLE milk and yogurt. No wonder everything tastes so good! It's easy when you cheat.

Management is clueless - they can't figure their inventory system out so they frequently run out of gluten free bread/wraps. They don't have enough delivery drivers, so food arrives cold (though it was cold once even when I picked it up). Their cooks can't get orders straight, so food is made incorrectly. Amateur hour.

It's a shame, the area really needs a viable alternative to pizza, chinese and diners - which is why the place is busy whenever I go - but the owners are blowing it big time because they can't handle the volume and don't know how to run a restaurant.

And do yourself a favor, scroll down and read the "other reviews that are not currently recommended." Yelp filters out reviews it believes are fake. But if you read them, you'll see more of the same complaints - clearly written by people with first hand experience eating at Mangia.

Great food but HORRIBLE service. I dread calling to place an order because the woman on the phone always has a nasty attitude. So I decided to go in today. I walk in and have to stand there for a good 5
Minutes before anyone even GREETS ME! While there's an employee standing directly infront of me looking at her phone. I almost wanted to wave my hand infront of her face. Are you kidding me?
It had automatically turned me off and put me in a bad mood I just wanted to get home and eat. When I opened up my food, my order was wrong. As always. To top it all off.

HIRE DIFFERENT STAFF!
