Should not be reopened yet! Took over an hour to receive our food and the order was not even complete. Staff seems overwhelmed, unprepared, and disoriented. Our party had to pour drinks out of two liter bottles since that's the only means of beverages unless you want a 20 ounce bottle of soda. Will not return until Mancino's is ready! I want then old mancino's back. I was sad they closed the Bowling Green. Now I am pissed they reopened unprepared.

Not really appealing for the money spent!

      One Word - PEDESTRIAN.

Visited my brother and sister in law and was looking forward to a nice pie. Dude's ! Chef Boyardee makes better pizza. Seriously poor crust that tasted of Playdoh with adequate toppings.

Next time I'm in Bowling Green and we need Pizza I'm going to the grocery store for DeGiorno's!

This has been a favorite of ours, &, obviously, many more, as we see many regulars every trip here. The food is consistently excellent, wheat her it's their pizza, or other meals. The dining area has been expanded into the adjacent building, due to their success. What else can I say, but "it's VERY GOOD." The seating is comfortable chairs & tables, kept cleaned by the servers. Pick your setting, & they'll serve your meal, when freshly prepared.

Maybe I am spoiled, as I recently ate delicious pizza in New York City, but I was not at all impressed by Mancino's.

      **THE BAD**

The dining room staff was slow on cleaning up after customers, so dirty tables were abound. This was troublesome during a busy lunch rush with a line snaking through the restaurant.

Our food was not brought to our table when it was done. One of our group had to go get the pizza, and it had apparently been sitting out on the counter for a few minutes. This was aggravating.

The pizza was overwhelmingly oily. It was also under cooked. The crust was tasteless. I am eating some frozen Red Baron pizza as I write this, and I can honestly say it is better than the pizza at Mancino's.

The pizza was not very good at all. The experience was lackluster because of the lackluster service.

      **THE GOOD**

I got to spend time with my friends.

Couldn't tell you about the food, as I ordered one of the grinders 45 minutes ago and they are just now starting to make it. No apology, no nothing from the guy, just a yeah we're busy.

And no one is even here

Mancino's is a locally owned and operated establishment located in the dining/retail strip mall dominated by Kroger. It has some good food and I particularly like their variety of grinders. Yes, as a previous reviewer mentioned, the pizzas are more economical but the grinder sandwiches still rock despite the price comparison. There are three different sizes of grinder from which to choose in that one may buy a 1/4, a half, or a whole sandwich. I will normally just purchase a half grinder combo because I know it will satisfy my appetite. Besides, the price difference between the 1/4 and the half sandwich is probably only like a $1.50 or something. I have eaten at the place many times but I have yet to ever had the need to order a whole sandwich. The half sandwich is big enough and I'd wonder in astonishment if I ever saw a whole sandwich.

I should also second the opinion of another reviewer on their negative comments of the place. The person is correct in that the staff is a bit negligent or slow in cleaning the tables for dining patrons. I do not know if on those occasions or days that I go that the place is short staffed or what, but the sight certainly does not bold well for potential walk-in customers. It may just be this particular location as I know I've not experienced such concerns while visiting one of the other Mancino's on Scottsville Road. If the messy tables issue does concern one then there is always the option of getting the food to go but do expect to wait a bit as all the sandwiches and pizzas are made to order.

Good food. We had the pizza and parmesan pizza bread. Both were big hits with the adults and the kids. Pizza was well made with good ingredients.

Service for take out was fast.

What a horrible experience! My husband ordered the meatball grinder and the meatballs were cold. He brought it back to the counter and told the counter person it was cold. The jerk at the counter looked at him with a void expression and another employee asked if he wanted then to run it through the oven. When they brought it back, the bread was hard and burnt and the meatballs were STILL cold! Crappy food and ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE service!!!

My boyfriend and I called in an order after hearing wonderful things. I got a Reuben and he got an Italian club or something similar. We both ordered larges because we were starving.... HOLY SANDWICH. we ate those delicious sandwiches for two whole days and loved every moment of it. The Reuben was great. New regulars!

I totally don't understand the negative comments here. most of them are a year old, so take that into consideration, I was just there.

We were driving to Louisville last night, looked for a pizza place on yelp and found this. First of all the staff was super friendly and responsive. They delivered the wrong pizza and immediately replaced it. Super fast, from order to eating in 10 minutes on a Friday night? Unheard of in my opinion.

The pizza was good hand a nice amount of toppings and the Greek salad was good too. The bottom of the pizza was a little soggy and greasy, but the overall crust was good.

We are planning on stopping on our way home to try a grinder. Oh yeah, really inexpensive too!
