5 stars doesn't even cover it! I worked with Latania to buy my first home and she made the experience incredible. For such a big purchase, I had very little anxiety throughout the process. She is communicative, organized, a great negotiator (I got a lot of perks from the seller) and I believe she got me the best price possible for the home. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. She is knowledgeable about different neighborhoods to invest in and was very patient and willing to look at as many places I wanted, but I ended up finding the perfect fit on our first day of visiting houses. She also helped me find my lender and home inspector. And even after purchasing the home, she helped with resources for electrician, fence and cleaning vendors - plus many more. Great agent and experience all around.

We were extremely impressed with Latania's work. She spent MANY overtime hours hunting for the right home for us.
