Main Street Donut and Deli

If you are in the area, definitely give this place a chance! I was working and just happened to see this place!

This is a small and cozy little spot tucked in Belle Plaine. There is plenty of street parking out front and around the building.

We were greeted right away when we walked! The gentleman that helped us was so friendly! The service here was personable and gave small town vibes! So sweet! I would come back based solely on the service!

I got a strawberry bubble tea and doughnut! Both were absolutely DELICIOUS!! I have tried tons of bubble tea places in the cities and this gives them all a run for their money! It was perfectly sweet and creamy! The pearls were also the PERFECT consistency. The doughnut was fluffy and fresh tasting! The frosting was also very tasty and was not overwhelming!

I will definitely be back when I am in the area!!

I love their pho and Phu bowls. They have a spring roll. That is so fresh and yummy. Love the dipping sauce.

Nice and quaint for a small town. Pho and cinnamon rolls...a combination guaranteed to make you say...whew!

I ordered the beef and broccoli as well as the egg rolls. The egg rolls are actually a fried spring roll. They were very similar to Vietnamese style...but were served with sweet and sour sauce instead of the traditional fish sauce. Beef and broccoli was pretty good, but the broccoli was slightly undercooked. The rice was fine and so was the sauce. Basic brown sauce, but it wasn't overpowering. Slight hints of garlic.

They also have given me free donut holes the two times I've been in. Worth a stop off 169 if you're nearby.

Stopped in for a coffee while waiting for car work to be done. Had similar experience as others with odd hours and missing opportunities to try the spot out. Clean, friendly staff, latte was okay.

I will try again for breakfast with son. Food looks solid.

I didn't think this place actually existed for awhile because they keep pretty weird hours. Tried to go at least 3 times and it was closed.

Finally made it for a couple donuts and a breakfast burrito a couple weeks ago. Donuts I had where really good, especially a glazed bear claw deal with apple filling. Breakfast burrito was no better than McDonalds breakfast burrito (which is disgusting in case that is unclear).

Went back last week to try some of the asian dishes for lunch. Shrimp fried rice was pretty good with large shrimp. Pretty sweet for my taste buds 6/10.

I tried the beef pho, which is really the only reason I tried this place to start with. I was going to be super excited if I could find a decent pho in this area. Unfortunately I am not super excited. I have had pho all over the country, probably 20 different restaurants in the past year or two. Im not a connoisseur, but certainly not a novice.

This was probably the worst pho I have had. Not gross, just disappointing. Broth was dark and I would guess it was made from a powder mix? First time I have ever been served pho without thai basil, jalapeños, and bean sprouts. Also wasn't given hoisin, Sriracha or anything else to add. It did have some cilantro and onions in it. On top of that it took 20-25 minutes for the order.

I don't like to give negative reviews, and this spot is not without any redeeming qualities (donuts are great), but don't go out of your way if you are looking for anything other than a decent donut.

Great food. Portions are amazing. Best breakfast burrito in town and actually fresh donuts. Unlike the gas station. Make sure you try the apple fritter.

Cannot praise this place enough. So far my family has tried chicken fried rice, spring rolls, wontons, taco salads, bubble tea, and donuts. All was delicious! I haven't found a place in the Midwest that makes decent bubble tea and this place is amazing. I've been back 3 times just for that. The chicken fried rice was a large serving, could feed a few people with a lot of chicken. The wontons had a delicious filling, wasn't just plain cream cheese. The donuts are fresh and delicious. If you're in the area and want home made and delicious I highly suggest this place.

Their entire menus is great! I love their beef pho. The family that owns the restaurant is wonderful. Main Street Deli is my go to restaurant in town.

I frequent this spot and enjoy everything I have had. Donuts are the best and delicious dinners. Thanks for being part of our community.

Great new Chef! I have had the Phun Bowl 4 times and cannot get enough- 5 out of 5. The Kimchi is spiced perfectly and portions are just right. I have also had the fried rice-3 out of 5, Pork sandwich 4 out of 5, and the donut burger 2 out of 5( nice try) but it doesn't work for me. The bottom bun comes out too sogy to eat. The ambiance needs some serious help and the coffee drinks are average at best for prices and portions. I am a fan of the food though...
And the donuts are like crack- your hooked immediately!!! Easily the best around!
