The owner Gary is great! He's always kind and helpful, giving advice about the options for shipping and cost differences, which can lead to savings. I have had a mailbox here for close to 20 years and would never consider moving it elsewhere.

Great customer service. Has been there for years. Enter from back parking lot next to Starbucks. Gary is very helpful.

I was disappointed today when I tried to send an at-home COVID test at the Fed-Ex Dropbox they have here. He flipped out on me told me to tell everyone to stop trying to send their tests from there. I didn't know who he was talking about as I don't know anyone else who has these test kits, or whether he was even allowed to reject my package.

I checked with FedEx to verify, and what he was trying to say was that this place does NOT ship packages considered 'dangerous goods' like COVID tests. It's a fair policy and makes perfect sense but unfortunately, he did a really bad job of handling this interaction with me and left me feeling disappointed and disrespected.

I hope he finds a better way of explaining this policy to other customers in the future.

I was trying to mail a completely sealed at home COVID test that I have to keep taking for work and another package. They said they wouldn't take the COVID test and since I was trying to mail both in the same visit, that they couldn't take either. I haven't had trouble at any other FedEx locations and there was no warning about this "policy" anywhere. I won't be coming back here again.

Best service!!! Nothing shading about this guy!!! It's a USPS substation. You don't have to wait in the post office lines to get your items shipped. If you need Fed Ex, UPS, or other services you will pay extra, it's the convenience of using this center. He has to make a living too!!! He's a notary too!!!! Post office doesn't offer that!!!

What nice people! I come in here to drop off packages and sometimes the postage has been prepaid. No problem! They have been friendly fast and efficient no matter what I need- even when they made no money from my transaction. That is what I call service! The entrance is a scary looking back entrance in a shopping center, but don't let that fool you. It's a nice neighborhood right off the Rose Garden.

I have used this mailing center exclusively. Gary is all about customer service and is straight up and honest. The prices is extremely easy and if not Gary suggests the best possible shipping experience. Recommended 100%

Affordable. Convenient. Friendly. Top notch customer service! If more people who serve the public are as kind as the gentleman behind the counter here, I may start to like San Jose. Do yourself a favor and patronize this business or go down the sidewalk and pay more. Honestly. I've compared. Considerable difference.

I've been coming to drop off my mail and buy stamps here and the customer service is amazing. I'm always greeted with a smile and my packages are always sent right on time. I can't thank this spot enough for saving me the headache of heading to my local post office in downtown SJ. Thank you so much for making mailing so easy! I look forward to returning regularly :)

The location shares the same area as a barber shop. The barbershop faces Washington and the mail service faces the parking lot. Very friendly service, quick and easy!
