BEWARE! Just look at the pics to see for yourself. Maid Brigade charges a premium for their services. After my second cleaning not only was my house left unclean, in several instances the condition was worse than before Maid Brigade came. I shared the issues with owner including pictures and requested a re-cleaning. Instead, without my input, the owner issued a measly 14% refund and said they would not be coming back to get the job done correctly.
On top of this, I noticed that they were charging me more than what we had agreed. Upon requesting invoices I discovered that they were charging me $10 more than what we agreed AND an additional and UNDISCLOSED 3% credit card fee!

I've used Maid Brigade for over five years, with average results for the price. Sometimes cleanings were better than others. Recently, after a cleaning my shower door was knocked off its track, making it very difficult to open the door. I reached out to Misty, explaining the situation and that I would like to cancel the services and would seek reimbursement for any repairs. I receive a text a couple of days later stating; they would cancel my services and the team says there was no issue with the door when they left.

My mother is ill and I am trying to get her home disinfected from out-of-state.
I attempted to get an online estimate but couldn't get past the part that requested the zip code: 37218
I called on the phone for an estimate and was told that they don't service our zip code.
Out of curiosity, I ran the following codes:

Hmm. They seem to service all of those.

I had to schedule a move-in cleaning in Mount Juliet due to a "miscommunication" with the seller. After further digging, it was admitted that the company that they hired had bailed on them. Well, I had to call around and get a cleaning scheduled last minute after I found the house to not be "move in ready". Thankfully, Jennifer at Maid Brigade was understanding and was able to shift things around on Thursday to accommodate a Friday afternoon cleaning.
The cleaning itself was great as they did wonders on the oven and in the master bathroom. It was nice having the moving company back up the truck Saturday morning and unload my furniture and belongings into my new home. Thank you!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I hate that I didn't have a good experience with them as so many others have. I had very specific things that needed to be done before move in (deep clean of kitchen and bathrooms, including and most importantly inside and outside of cabinets).
They were kind enough to reschedule after they came out once and realized the water had been shut off (the transfer from the previous homeowners to us required them to come out to the house and wasn't done in time). However, when they came back out, the cleaners weren't told what to clean. So, instead of calling in to find out, they did a basic clean on an empty house. Essentially, cleaning everything I didn't need and nothing I did need.
They had to come back out again. However, they did a terrible job! This is the main reason I'm leaving this review. Although they don't use harsh chemicals, they still left crumbs, sticky stuff, etc in the cabinets that can easily come off with a swipe of a rag and water. And the mess was left in nearly every cabinet.
The second reason I'm leaving the review and the main reason I will never use them again is the manager I spoke with never took accountability for the poor work. She said she will try to figure out why this happened and never got back to me, oh, except to offer a free fridge cleaning for the next time I schedule a cleaning as if I would consider using them again.
After pointing out that they not only did a terrible, unacceptable job (and still requiring full payment) but also that their customer resolution is insufficient and, frankly, insulting, they reluctantly reimbursed me partially.
In summary, I was left with poor results and terrible resolution afterwards. I think this is obvious, but I will not be using them again.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication between our office and our team, specific areas of your home were not cleaned as were requested. We acknowledged this miscommunication and discounted the price of that cleaning. Jill, our Customer Sales and Service Manager, called to discuss your concerns and to let you know that we agreed that the cleaning was not up to our standards. The next day, we sent you a letter of apology including a check for an additional $50 off as a good faith effort to reach a positive resolution. Again, we sincerely apologize that you received service that was below both your expectations and Maid Brigade's standards. We are very appreciative for your feedback and will use it to further improve our standards of practice and communication within the company.

I do not recommend Maid Brigade of Nashville. I contracted with them to perform a "deep clean," which also included light fixtures, baseboards & windows. I spent a considerable amount of time speaking to their customer service manager & then "preparing" my home for the deep clean by ensuring there were no "objects" on counters, in tub/showers, on tables, etc. We also didn't require them to clean 2 of the bedrooms in our 3 bed, 2 bath home. I stayed home from work as they cleaned, working in the office/bedroom (seemed safer than leaving a key for them, but did technically cost me time from work). They were only at the house 2 hours, far less than the agreed upon time. Since we have security cameras, I know the task they spent the most time on was cleaning our liquor cabinet area (something that didn't need cleaned, nor should've been- per their own contract). At the time, I assumed the the glass clanking noise I heard was from cleaning the light fixtures! Joke was on me, I guess. Once they were done, the older woman they left at the door (when I was asked by the other cleaning lady to "make sure everything was ok") didn't speak English. So, when I looked around quickly and saw they didn't even dust the kitchen table, I wasn't able to communicate this with her effectively. I have never seen such careless work in the cleaning industry. Crumbs on kitchen counters, items clearly not dusted, & those windows, baseboards, & light fixtures? You guessed it... not cleaned. They also moved around and messed up the wiring on probably one of the few semi-valuable items in our home - my partner's speakers. I had specifically asked for elec NOT to be touched. I was pretty upset when I saw the lack of cleaning detail because the deep clean was for the upcoming Russian M-I-L visit (from overseas) & let's just say she notices everything! I called customer service & complained, even showing them several pictures of the lack of detail. There was no offer of partial refund. I ultimately had to clean the dirty parts of the house myself. In the amount of time I spent talking with them, prepping for the cleaning, & cleaning what they didn't clean, I definitely could've cleaned the whole house myself... and saved myself the money! I cannot, in good conscious, recommend them in any manner; they are a waste of time & money.

Unfortunately I would call their service"light cleaning." We were looking forward to having a nice clean home before we moved in, and that was not what we got. The cleaning crew had literally an empty house to work in, no furniture to dust or move or anything! I'm not sure what they spent their time on, but it was not cleaning our home. Cabinets and windowsills were left full of dust, bathrooms werjust skimmed over, and the floors were not even mopped! I wish I could have left a great review, but for what this company charges it is not worth it! There are plenty of other services out there that will do a phenomenal job for a much more reasonable price!
