Mahogany Flats is not the common "Spray and Leave" type of company. We take the time to investigate your issue to make sure that it is being resolved. Fantastic service! Highly recommend. They will come back and treat if there any issues. Treated inside and out. We just moved here and struggled to find someone besides Terminex. Glad we found a local company. Dan took care of us! Call them without reservations.

Came by super late, put down some traps, said they'd come back at a different time to check the progress, never heard from them again. never received an invoice even when we reached out.

Last year we had an ant issue in the early autumn, after a cold snap and some ant spray they seemed to be gone and we never thought of it again. UNTIL...this spring ants started showing up all over the kitchen. With a new baby in the house I was very worried. We tried the same ant spray as last year and it only helped for a little while.
After a search on Yelp I gave Dan at Mahogany Flats Pest Control a call and left a message. He called back in a timely manner and I told him the history of the ants. Even though it was a busy time of year for him, as soon as he heard there was a baby in the house he made time to come treat the house for ants.
All my questions were answered thoroughly and patiently, I'm sure he gets the same questions all the time! There's a very clear and fair warranty. GREAT PRICING! Also made sure he used treatments that were safe with the baby around. Even took the time to explain why the ants came back, how to get rid of the entire hive for good and what to expect after the treatment. He told me if they weren't gone in two weeks to call back for a second treatment. He came the next day after I called.
Showed him the pictures, he said that we had a pretty bad infestation. You see, you must let the ants eat the bait and take it back to the queen ant. When she dies, they pretty much all die. As you can see from the pictures it was very difficult not to just kill all of them right there. Super great service. After struggling with mice for months, they were able to solve my problem upon first visit. So much more affordable than orkin, which was a no show for me and requires a monthly contract. Highly recommend!!!

I set up an appointment for them to come to my house at 10am. I called at 10:30am and they said they were finishing up another job and would be here shortly. At 11:30am I called and canceled the job. I guess they are too busy with work to take care of customers.

We utilize Mahogany Flats Pest Control for all of our units. We love that they offer a warranty on their product, their staff is always professional, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and most importantly their product beats all others. We have been through MANY pest control companies and Mahogany is by far the best. Another plus is, I do not get an automated recording when I call. I actually get to speak to a LIVE person and if I do have to leave a voicemail? Dan is always very quick to call us back. It's a bad day when you're writing a review on a pest control business. On the flipside, it's an a-okay day when the review is boasting 5 bright and shiny red stars.
Let's just say the party of my big trip to eastern Europe continued when I got home...via bed bugs. Ayayaya. As soon as we figured out the culprit, I found Mahogany Flats on Yelp, made the call and had them tackling the beast in less than 48 hours. They were highly informative, friendly, organized and great about following up to see if the treatment did the trick.

I was having a program with clover mites, which are more a nuisance than anything. The other pest places I called couldn't get me in for 10 days, but Mahogany Flats said they could be out in a week. Then they didn't show. I finally got a text saying they could come spray outside my house while I was gone, but I declined since the bugs were inside. They said they could come out the next day, but this time it was a 4 hour window instead of 2. When he showed up, there was no mention of the day before - not even an apology. Then he asked me if I had any white-out because he didn't have any blank invoices. They also charge a 4% credit card surcharge.

I do apologize for your poor experience, we try to make sure our customer have a better experience when using our services. We did have an employee that was not working to his full potential and found him slacking in other areas as well. He quit without notice and left us struggling to get work completed. So I do apologize again for the scheduling issues. The invoice issue, the employee is to check his supplies every day and make sure he has what he needs to complete the daily work. We are in the process of replacing our employee and hope to improve on our services in the future. Thank you for giving us a chance and I am sorry we let you down.
