Madison Primary Care

Every time I come I just feel like I'm being charged for miscellaneous things and it doesn't make any sense. On December 19 I paid $20 in office to have my lab and blood done in office. Only to receive a bill from Crestwood for the same lab results or whatever. For $20 for the same day. So if I'm paying the office $20, why am I getting a bill from Crestwood for $20? Not to mention that for my follow-up to go over my lab results. They want to charge me $20 for a follow-up visit, which I had a medical coder. Tell me that it's supposed to be labeled to follow up void of a office visit charge since I paid it initially. This is not the first time that I've been charged for these miscellaneous things thrice over so please be sure to look at your itemized statements and keep your receipts because at this point, it's coming off a scam likely.

Great quality care . Excellent office and staff, A great family practice to be a part of in Madison. The office is modern, clean and nicely decorated with ample parking . This is a modern primary care office. The online access is a plus.

Showed up 15 minutes late to an appointment as I went to their old location. I was told I would not be seen as I was 15 minutes late to my appointment and had cancelled my previous appointments which I had not. I was then told they would check on something for me so I sat down and waited. They never came back and simply waited until it was time for them to close and asked me to leave. Horrible customer service from the nurse and front desk. Nice they only care about what they can charge your insurance for and will make you come in repeatedly for items that could be done in one visit.

Previous times they have put me on hold and never picked up the phone again. I had to call back to get them to answer again. When I asked about it they just dismissed it.

Overall a good doctors office, especially since they revamped the staff. Their new location is much more welcoming and they do fairly well staying on schedule. Staff is generally friendly and helpful, and Dr Bodla is really awesome. He listens to your concerns and offers options for treatment. If you have questions speak up and he will answer them.
Only thing I would say could be an improvement would be making sure the online patient portal is updated more regularly.
Overall I can recommend this doctor and his staff.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Bodla for several months. We've been very satisfied with the office staff and with the doctor. I have full confidence in Dr Bodla.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DR!! The staff is completely incompetent and this place is a disaster! I took two separate days off of work to have a stress test done and this Dr and office screwed up the paperwork twice!! The 2nd time the hospital called for 3 days looking for the proper paperwork then when I show up they still do not have the order and of course the Dr is off so they will have to reschedule again. The only thing that is stressing me now is the lack of ability by this Dr office. So now I have to start the process over with a new Dr. This place is a joke!!! Stay away!

Great staff and excellent doctor! I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.
