Cool store. I visited there since I was getting fingerprints for my employer as employment verification. The staff was accommodating. Also, I asked about some photography-related things, and he was very knowledgeable. I would stop by next time I need photography, like renting equipment and developing prints. I recommend this store to anyone needing anything for Union/Springfield area photography.

These guys sold me a warranty for repairs and will not stand by the warranty. I'm waiting for over 8 weeks now for the repair but all they can tell me is that i'm scheduled and they will get to me when they get to me. I have yet to see them stand behind their warranty. when i speak to the customer representatives they are all frustrated that I keep calling to get the service I paid for as if they are the ones that should be frustrated.

Been using Mack for film development for years. Consistently since I've been going, employees do not understand their own POS system. They are always confused. I pay a different price every time I go. Film takes WEEKS to come back. This week was the last straw-- I paid $70 for two rolls of film and prints, yet they told me I still owed $42. Luckily they did not charge me the extra cash, but I can no longer trust this store for film development and I will not go back.

Mack Camera is the best place to go for your camera gear and if you like to take classes on learning how to use your camera gear Mack Camera is a great place to go. Also it's a great place to get photos restored and photos printed out after you have taken the photos. It is your store for everything you need. I love it.

They are a scam. I have two appliances that I mad a claim for in April and as of Aug. 17 they still have not repaired them. They have a whole game going where they are very creative at not servicing claims. I spoke with the retailer that sold me the warranty and they advised me that they have thousands of customers that have had this same issue. Ever since 2020 when there was covid they suddenly stopped servicing claims. Not sure if they are going bankrupt or it has been taken over by crooks.

I went to Mack Camera yesterday with an issue that was really perplexing me, after going through various videos on youtube and even lynda, they were a breath of fresh air. What was hours of looking online was resolved in 5 minutes.

While on vacation I ran into problems with my Nikon D3100 but waited until I got home to get it repaired. I was recommended to Mack Camera at the place I originally bought it and was very glad that I took my camera there.

I dropped it off last Saturday at 1:55 pm afraid that I would be rushed since they close at 2:00 pm on Saturday. I was met at the counter by a friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable young lady named Theresa.

Theresa took time to speak with me and to answer all of my questions until past closing time. She promised to have the camera checked out and serviced for a very reasonable price. I was delighted to receive a call on Wednesday saying the Nikon was ready for pick-up at the quoted cost.

Theresa mentioned "her students" in conversation and I found out she also teaches photography classes at the store...

I have just finished my third lesson and I already have learned much more than I ever had in the two other photography classes I attended previously. This is a great store and Theresa is a fabulous teacher!

Was in the market for a Canon EOS 80D, they told me the 90D just came out two weeks ago and they had one in stock, with the EF-S 19-135 IS USM Kit, price was same as B&H and Amazon. Was terrific to have three knowledgeable sales people assisting us, great experience also purchased a Mack Extended Warranty and how we never have to use it. While we were in the showroom, they had numerous customers coming into the store to pick-up their TV/Monitors which had been repaired.

Last month in September 2013, unfortunately my Nikon D5100 camera had a locked up shutter release. Also a front ring from my Nikon 18-55mm lens came off loose during normal and careful everyday use.

Fortunately I was wise to buy a Mack 3 Year Diamond Warranty shortly after I bought my Nikon D5100 camera kit in November 2011 from Tuttle Cameras in Long Beach, CA. About three weeks later on two different days, I received both my Nikon D5100 camera and my 18-55mm lens at Tuttle Cameras, both in excellent working condition! I included a picture with my testimonial to show my newly repaired Nikon D5100 and 18-55 lens!

How wonderful and reassuring it is to buy some peace of mind on your new electronic equipment, knowing that it will be in good hands when the time comes for it to need repair during the 3 year extended warranty period.
