Everybody is really nice, on time and they spent a lot of time with me. I was able to get an appointment quickly. They accept my Kaiser insurance and it is much easier to be seen here than drive up to Salem. I saw Dr. Gallup and he was great. I had a great experience, highly recommend.

Dr Tien Le is an amazing doctor who is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also kind and gentle in how she handles her patients. She had great bedside manners that made us very comfortable in speaking about not-so-comfortable topics. She also recommended a great ENT doctor to us as well.

We have been patients of Valley Clinic for many years and always know that we are in "good hands" when a health issue arises. Their staff members are competent and caring and make the effort to know you as a person, regardless of how busy they might be.
Their doctors are very competent, ask the right questions, and take the time to visit with you regarding the issue and possible treatments. Their diagnoses and advice have always been "right on the money." Couldn't ask for a better clinic for care. We are really blessed to have them in Corvallis.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - j c.West Hollywood, CA037Sep 19, 2017First to Review

I would like to apologize again for the late notice and inconvenience. It is not acceptable to our office either, nor is it our standard business practice to call patients last minute and change appointments. As we stated when we called, we typically review all new patients before scheduling an appointment to ensure we are able to meet their care needs. There was a mistake made by one of our staff in our patient review process and the provider didn't get your information until that morning. We have taken steps to review our processes to prevent future issues.
In an attempt to answer your other concerns, you have health issues that our provider felt to be beyond their scope of practice. We attempted to contact you when we discovered the issue and fortunately were able to catch you before you left your home. From a practical standpoint, it's not in our patient's best interest if we accept them as patients when we feel they are outside our scope of practice. We strive to treat everyone as an individual and with respect. Again, my apologies for your inconvenience and we wish you well.
