Don't have their price tags updated and don't honor what they have labeled. Should honor the price you have posted. When we asked about them honoring the price they have posted we were told no. Terrible!!

Response to Casey: if you don't have prices update, then you should honor the price you have posted. No, the item was not misplaced.

Found railroad ties that would normally be difficult to find in this area unless you know someone or someplace odd.

Don't expect the salesmen to say hello or a "we will be with you as soon as we can. Be prepared to be ignored.

I left and called for a quote from a local lumber yard. Then went back to try again.
No line. And the manager finished up talking to one of his salesmen and strolled back to his computer. Totally ignored again!

I guess I did not look local enough!

WE found the door we wanted,32 by 80 -9 lite door door $189.99 with a very small strip at bottom show regular price $249.99, neither price tags had expiration dates. went to front counter to purchase and advied its $249.99 I told him no its showing $189.99 no that sale is over saturday 07/10/21. advised him they should take the sale tag down ,he told me it has a expiration date,I went back checked no expiration date on neither tag went back told them him, he said it s not his job to change signs very rudely, I ask to speak with manager, he called him (Angel) and try to make us feel like we did something to signs ,which did not make sense because they both was their. I did not purchase the door (Horrible customer service a butch of lazy ,rude Jackass.went cross the street Home Depot $199. same door great customer services . I am done with mg my husband was a very valuable customer,,,

Everyone is really nice and helpful especially management. Prices are very reasonable.. I apreciate the fact that they enforce the mask regulations...I had covid and it is no joke more stores should enforce the mask regulations...

I'm done with MG. Despite spending tens of thousands of dollars on building materials, it's nearly impossible to return $150 of extra tile backer without a receipt. Don't tell me you can't pull up my order in the system. Despite having polite salespeople in the past, the salesman I just got off the phone with was genuinely among the rudest I've ever dealt with. He literally hung up on me, after being an unhelpful asshole the entire time.

Let's not forget that MG has never once delivered my order on the scheduled time (again...tens of thousands of dollars of building materials), and they delivered my sheetrock in the rain. Every single corner had water damage and the delivery was scheduled for the day before the rain was forecasted.

The only reason this review gets two stars is because I want to make sure I'm not reviewing on tilt. They have the best prices on SOME things but not all. I wouldn't say putting up with their garbage customer service is worth it unless you are spending a large amount of money.

I have waited almost 15 years to write this review. I see that I am not alone in saying M &G Supply does not deserve your business. Do not shop there. Do not order anything from them. Do not trust them to treat you with any dignity or respect. My experience with them was so bad... I can only say from my perspective they acted like thugs. The two brothers (owners) do not deserve your respect. I specifically requested that they not deliver 25 square of roof shingle onto the roof of my house but they did. They dropped an entire pallet onto the roof. I didn't discover the damage until 10 months later when I complained they tuned me out..
What goes around comes around and I can see that 15 years later there is not one review here on Yelp saying that M&G deserves your business. Here is my review to be included among those that will never shop there again.

This place is a bigger joke than Home Depot and Lowe's. While they were the only ones to offer help, once I told them what I wanted to do all they could offer was plexiglass or plywood, neither one are they able to cut. How sad

The loaders at the Military Dr. store are the absolute worst.They have no work ethic, rude, and disrespectful. We Purchased 1500.00 worth of kitchen cabinets were told by sales man to make sure we Inspected cabinetry when we picked it up, which we did, upon opening the box we discovered that two were severely damaged with one having a hole completely in the back side showed it to the loader and was told that we could not reject it because the hole was in the back and no one was going to see it anyway which was very unprofessional on his part opened another box and found another was damaged and again was told that we had to take it which we didn't. He proceeded to tell us the salesman should not have told us that we could inspect cabinetry when we picked them up. The salesman was very professional and took his time to order what we needed a well deserved sale on his part to bad I can't say the same for the loaders.

M G Building Materials has horrible management and customer service! I was denied service and kicked out due to a medical disability. I will be making a report to the ADA!
