I would fully recommend Larry Giovinco. He was a professional and expert consultant in my car buying purchase. I got the exact car that I wanted and he made the process so quick and easy. I had questions and he fired back just as fast as I could ask them. Also, the showroom and the other staff made me feel very welcome. Overall this was a wonderful experience.

My grandfather was a customer of Lynch Ford Chevrolet in Mt. Vernon and had purchased several vehicles from them over the years . He always spoke highly of there establishment and could not have been happier with there service and vehicles, so when it came time to purchase my first vehicle, I went to them. I have got to say I could not be happier with their customer service and their selection of vehicles. For example, they never tried to sell me on what I could not afford and they were completely forth coming about there vehicles.

My sales representative was Andy Greko and he was amazing. He told me everything I needed to know and even got my phone connected for me. He sold me on a 2018 Equinox which I just love. James Teal then walked me though the finance side. He was amazing as well and helped me understand everything I was signing. He explained the packages well and what lynch ford had to offer in terms of service.

We have bought several cars from Lynch. We are very happy with the no pressure salespersons we have dealt with. They are all friendly and knowledgeable of the cars they sell. We would recommend Lynch to all our family and friends.

I'm not a big fan of the dealership down here in Iowa City, so I started shopping around for an oil change. Came across Lynch, who quoted me a price just over $46.00 for my Encore. That's for DEXOS oil, by the way. They got me in and out within 90 minutes, which I thought was pretty damn good for a dealership w/out an appointment. Mats got vacuumed. No BS upselling and very friendly staff.

Comfortable chairs are available in the lounge, along with complimentary snacks and beverages. I never got approached by a salesman trying to convince me to trade-in my car or any other nonsense like that. Even though its a 25 mile drive, I'm happy to take my car here and I will be back in the future.

I have personally purchased 2 different vehicles from this dealership and helped two family members within about 10 years.

Each time was the same...fair prices, respectful staff and fast processing. Every time I have purchased a car from anyone else, I have noticed how much better this dealership is.

The easiest selling experiance I have ever had ! They offered me an exceptional price, the process was streamlined and we were on our way in less than a half an hour with a check in hand. We will be switching dealerships when we are ready to purchase another vehicle. So so inpressed with this dealership !

Terrible experience with internet salesman Tracy. Spent a lot of time emailing and had planned on purchasing vehicle; rearranged our day and were within hours of arrival and they sold it. Called Tracy and he was very rude on phone. We previously had a great experience with owner Dan buying Expedition years ago, and we felt that they really did sell cars in a very different way. I don't feel this way anymore.

I had an oil change and inspection after I bought a vehicle from McGrath. Lynch did an amazing job helping me. Out of convenience I went to Midas for an oil change and they told me I had $5,000 worth of damage to my vehicle. I went back to Lynch and they double checked everything saying no I am in the clear free of charge. I will continue to go to Lynch and recommend them!

I can't thank Mike enough for getting me in last minute last time. The shop went above and beyond they vacuumed and wiped my car out. I was pleasantly surprised. I will be going here from now on!

Extremely friendly and courteous, the customers were sweet and friendly, the lobby was peaceful and welcoming, the mechanic told me that he didn't see anything wrong with my vehicle (instead of telling me a list of things that needed fixed), the wait was quicker than I expected, they had free food, and the price was impressive.
