Early 2022 my grandma passed away. I was heartbroken and as her trustee I found myself in unfamiliar territory having to handle her estate. The biggest task was selling her home. I didn't have any experience in that department, so I was intimidated by the process. The biggest challenge was finding the right agent to handle the sale. My partner had done some work with Jay in the past and told me I should give him a call.

I knew within minutes of meeting Jay that he was the right person to represent me and my family. Again, never having gone though this process, I didn't quite know what to expect from an agent. All I can say is Jay went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. He was extremely communicative, took the time to explain the process to me, and answered all my questions as they came up.

Our sale was complex and had some challenges, but Jay handled everything with ease. He's knowledgeable of the market on a national and local level, he was very intuitive with the prospects that came along, he has a realistic-optimistic attitude, and an impeccable attention to detail.

At times Jay felt more than an agent, he was a friend (still is), project manager (when we decided to do some home updates), gardener (he'd go water when we couldn't get to the house), and now he's part of the family (whether he likes it or not)! He truly wore so many different hats throughout the process.

At every turn, every challenge, every win, Jay was there for me and my family. I feel like there can be so many self serving people in this world, and Jay is not one of them. I can see that serving his clients and making them happy is why he does what he does. I trust him completely.

My grandmother loved her home, it has so many special memories, and I know she would be pleased with Jay and the outcome of the sale. Lastly, he took so much stress and worry off my plate, I felt I had space to morn the lose of a loved one. For that, I am eternally grateful.

We really enjoyed working with Jay in finding our first home in Carmel Valley. He has a vast knowledge of the San Diego area and is very professional. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and a fun experience. Jay is very meticulous in what you want and is always available should you have any questions or concerns. Jay knows the San Diego's neighborhoods and helped us find the right vibe for us. He showed us several suitable homes for our needs and helped us find the perfect spot. He was very thorough and responsive during the whole process. I always felt confident with Jay and knew we were in good hands. He helped us negotiate a good price and got a great house.
