      The worst customer service ever. They delivered a GE Stove clearly damaged and said GE builds it this way. Sent it back. Called Lowe's and then the store manager said that GE makes bent products and so would have to buy a more expensive stove to get not bent products. This is the resolution UPSELL while bashing. Hey we will give you a discount of $100 but you must first spend 300 more. So corporate Lowe's did not like hearing that. Called the store as instructed by corporate Lowe's, waited 3 days for the super to make a call- never happened. Called again and was told the issue was resolved. NO ITS NOT RESOLVED I STILL DO NOT HAVE A STOVE THAT I HAVE PAID FOR THAT ISNT SCRATCHED DENTED CRACKED OR MISSING PARTS!

      Don't spend your money here you'll never get a straight answer, management area supervisor have no communication skills . This store is poorly operated

      Horrible service. Purchased several remodeling items only to receive the wrong bath tub first, took it back myself and got the right one and was told my order was scheduled for delivery anyway. The door was not delivered, after several promises. Again we went to store and was promised delivery that day, next day we are still here at 1 pm, waiting to be the first delivery. Hopefully we will get the new door before the old is removed!! Can I do no stars???

      Awful preordered pickup procedures. 15 minute hold times on the phone at 5 minutes after opening on a Sunday AND opened the doors late.
      Definitely need new workers or at least weekend management.

      Lowe's and their installer have been working on a one day siding install for 6 months. Job is still incomplete and I see no end in sight to this nightmare.

      Ordered a lot of materials to be delivered call me on Sunday to let me know that they don't deliver on Sundays with flatbed trucks. So Monday was the day for delivery. I sat around all day till 8:26 p.m. no delivery no phone call just piss poor customer service

      The Lowe's in London KY will NOT stand behind the product they sale.
      My advice is never buy the LG washers. Mine worked almost two months. This is the really expensive LG washer, the sales person said
      "Wash 8lbs of clothes just keep separating them in like fabrics".
      Ah, the washer failed to wash 4 pairs of blue jeans, I hated this washer from the start!
      Called Lowe's where I bought the washer, too late my 30 days are up!
      Called LG. "Our lines are busy please return your call at a later date"!
      Week later, someone answered, sorry due to high volume of calls our LG repair workers are behind the latest date will be December 13th.
      My washer stopped working Nov 19th! Still waiting on that loaner!

      In my experience, this Lowes is terrible. I have purchased several thousand dollars in remodeling supplies from Lowes for a home that we are flipping. They constantly make mistakes like logging in the incorrect phone number so it is difficult to pick up after supplies have been ordered. Today, I received a call stating that they should have given a door to our contractor but they messed it up and did not. They said that I need to come to customer service and get a refund and then pay back the refund at same time so computer could release the door for pick up. What?? I live 2 hours away.

      Had ordered a new one piece toilet and a new dishwasher the last week of February 2019. Was scheduled for install of both items on 3/6/19 at 1pm. 145pm and nobody had shown up. Called lowes installation and was told It was gonna be 2 hours or more before they could show up. That's completely unacceptable. My time is valuable as theirs is. I called Lowe's and want to speak to a manager. Spoke to an assistant manager who was very lacking in communication skills and customer service. I requested to speak to the manager and was told he was on lunch. I said I wanted him to call me back when he got Back. Spoke with the manager and he wanted to call installation and see what the hold up was. Was called back at 2:45 by the manager and was told that unfortunately there would be a 2 hour delay. I told him this was unacceptable. A multi billion dollar company should be able to get installers to show up at if not at the agreed time very close to it. I told him that I would be requesting a refund on my credit card and I will take my business elsewhere.

      I would highly recommend this store. I have had a lot of "honey do list" lately so I have spent my fair share of time here. The employees are all very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is always clean and clutter free. Most importantly I have always been able to either find the item on the shelf or have an employee get it for me from top rack.
