Went for my bi weekly trip to lowes and like always I experienced great customer service thanks Brian

I bought a GE washer and dryer for Black Friday that was 11/24/23. They were delivered on the 26th. Upon delivery the washer had 2 dents, the dryer did not turn on. The delivery guy said it was something to do with my electrical outlet. I called my electrician he came out the same day. It wasn't my outlet, the dryer was defective. They came to pick it up on the 30th. If it wasn't for me being persistent and calling every day I wouldn't have gotten this resolved. I'm supposed to get a dryer delivered tomorrow. The hold time is horrible 30min. This time it was an 1hr and 15 min long.

I'm shocked to see such low ratings for my neighborhood Lowe's. That's my spot! The people are always friendly, almost always.

So the story goes, I'm starting to grow plants. I'm in the learning phase. Here's where LOWE'S saves the day. They have a oops clearance sales rack for plants! Say less . Yes I have attached a photo of my rubber tree plant I found in the clearance rack, and it's beautiful. Thriving after weeks of tender care. I'm hooked. Plants under $10 .

Lowe's also has everything in stock I need always. I like to walk around and think about all the handyman stuff I can do to upgrade my house. Just like the plants some ideas work and some don't.

Found an amazing grill at Lowe's also for $67 gas grill. Beautiful rugs at phenomenal prices. I shouldn't give out all my savings secrets but don't sleep on LOWE'S.

i placed an order for 2 doors in January. As requested by Lowe I paid for a professional to have the size of the door measured.
The doors arrived 7 weeks later. It was 5 inches more narrow.
I made request to speak with the manager on 5 different occasions. He never did respond.
I just wanted to share my experiences.

Don't buy anything from Lowe's they will not return it I purchased some pvc and didn't use all of what I purchased and they refused to return the rest. Obviously I didn't have my receipt but they definitely not returning anything the told me. Just go to Home Depot they products are better anyway

It has been years since I've gone to this Lowe's, but during the winter storm in 2021 we needed a fire place gas key. I called everywhere and they were out of stock and we did not have heat from the power outage. I called and a nice associate picked up, she sounded genuinely concerned, and she said she had 1 key left. I told her I was 2 minutes away and she told me to hurry. When I finally got through the line to customer service, she remembered me and had the key for me.

I'm grateful. Because of this young lady, we had heat for a few days and made it through the winter storm.

I ordered a hot water heater and paid the delivery fee. It was delivered today four hours later we open the box to have it installed and the hot water heater was damaged. I called the store to have them come pick up the damaged one and deliver me a new one at the same time. They told me they could not do this until Saturday, today is Thursday and my old one has already been removed. (Family of 6).
When I asked for a manager to please override the computer system or to speak to the team that would load the truck and add mine to do the delivery for the following day they told me that was not possible that the trucks were already full and they could not fit one on for me. Then she proceeded to tell me that she was doing me a favor by not charging me the $35 fee to return to pick up the hot water heater that they delivered damaged.
So now I will just return the hot water heater and cancel my Lowe's credit card. Your customer service sucks and your front end manager is horrible.

I shop here a lot but getting to be a hassle it is never organized in landscaping sections and
I will not self checkout that is all they have at times.

Went to this particular Lowes because it's in the neighborhood. Went in for patio furniture. I knew I'd find it. They have everything. Found it. The sales girl could not have cared less about us. Gave us a side eye when we asked if she was the one we needed to speak to. Then went on about her business. What a b$&@ch. we left. Spent our money elsewhere.

Quite a few people parked by the garden center tonight and around 7pm, an employee locked the gates so that none of us could exit through the garden center where we had parked and come in to shop. I was told it's because they are short staffed. Had to lug all the heavy potting soil and plants I bought up through the store and out the front. Horrible customer service and what an inconvenience.
