Louis Vuitton McLean Neiman Marcus Tysons Corner

After years of shopping at Louis Vuitton in the Tysons's Corner area, the LV in Neiman Marcus far surpasses the other stores in the area! The store SA's are so friendly and will always be patient in helping you choose a new bag or source a hard to find item. I was so pleasantly surprised when I asked if they by chance had mini pochettes (at a time they were difficult to find), my SA was able to locate them for me to purchase! I will be my go to LV location to shop at!

This was my first time purchasing an upscale handbag myself and I'm
glad I choose this location! Usually since I look relatively younger I am either not taken seriously or taken advantage of, so I walked in with the mindset to be extra fiesty! I was really surprised with the way I was treated. The second I walked in someone assisted me and really helped me find exactly what I am looking for. I had walked in without doing any research and describing what i wanred and I was able to find the perfect piece, the knowledge of these employees is very impressive! If you are looking to buy a new bag, LV in NM will not disappoint

Although I've shopped at the one at Bloomingdale's more often, I decided to avoid the crowds (which has gotten worse since the metro runs through there now) and shop at this location in Tysons Galleria. Linh was my sales associate and she was super sweet and patient with me! Even the security guard is friendly here. They also have complimentary hot stamping and embossing available for your purchases (it's obviously nonrefundable once you do that though) which I took advantage of.

My purse wasn't in stock and Linh let me know that another one should be in within the next 1-2 days. The next day, she sent me a text to let me know that my items were ready. I came in to pick them up and encountered another sales associate who wasn't as friendly, but she showed me my items with the hot stamps and and I went on my merry way.

Khang Dang was such a joy to work with! He helped answer any questions we had and had done such a great job helping us find the product we wanted. If you ever happen to stop by the Louis Vuitton store in Neiman Marcus, I 100% recommend seeking him for help! You won't regret it!

Cute boutique in Neiman Marcus. There's an average selection for the size of the store. I went on a Sunday, and there were quite a few SAs working. I was on a mission to find a particular item, which was the Pochette Kirigami. I didn't wait to be greeted upon entrance. I walked right up to the counter and asked for what I was looking for. The SA wasn't friendly. She was a bit standoffish and didn't seem eager to assist me. She answered my questions but didn't have much personality. I had been in search for that particular item for a long, and it's very hard to come by. If it wasn't such a rare find, I don't think I would've purchased it from this location. I would've taken my business somewhere else.

A+ service every time! I enjoy making purchases at this LV location because the SAs are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. After all, you are spending a good chunk of money and should receive great service. The boutique is located inside Neiman Marcus, and although it is smaller than your usual LV flagship store, they carry a variety of goods and can place orders as well.

On my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of working with Dennis. He was very helpful with placing an order for a Christmas gift. He even provided details on a newer style wallet that would become available. From start to finish he provided status updates on the order, and I was very impressed. The service was simply outstanding; I was confident with my purchase. They do a diligent job of locating an item if it is not available to purchase online.

The store can become quite busy since it is smaller, but I have not had any issues as far as wait times and customer service. I actually frequented this particular store since I was not satisfied with the nearby LV stores. Excited for my next purchase!

Whew- if you go in this store your experience will be so good, you'll have to leave with something lol. I went in here to "browse" and came out with something sassy. Hien Le was the sales associate and she was absolutely amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and hilarious. I felt like I've known her for years -- that's how personable she was. I always look forward to shopping with Hien. That's the type of customer service I'm always looking for anytime I'm out and about, and she definitely went above and beyond that my MIL bought something too!

Having been a customer at this location for
almost 5 years,. The staff I always work with are Zuly & Khang. This is a smaller Louis Vuitton store but the customer service is First in class. It's very convenient for them to get any item that's not at this store. If you want a great customer service experience stop by and see Zuly & Khang They are both upbeat energetic and will help you find whatever you need for any occasions.

Your typical LV store. Plenty of monogramed leather accesories so you look like the person who got theirs in Chinatown for a fraction of the price.

The shoes however were killer with some really good choices in both mens and womens.

It was my first time ever purchasing a LV! Kim was so knowledgeable and helpful I loved it! I will certainly be back. :)
