      I bought a Louis Vuitton Boulogne nm mng bag about a year ago and I noticed about four months ago that my bag was peeling.

      I sent pictures to Louis Vuitton to see what they would say about the bag, the customer service representative I first spoke to laughed about my issue.

      Since the first initial phone call I had the worst experience ever...every time they promised me to call me back, they never called me back.

      When I called them again after multiple promises of a call back... the final results after having speak with multiple csr about my bag is that there's nothing they can do about the bag because a "foreign substance" was the reason my bag was peeling and that's why they couldn't do anything about it. Even tho no foreign substances ever touched my bag. I treat my bag like a baby... my bag has NEVER been scratched or scrapped on ANYTHING and NOTHING FOREIGN HAS TOUCHED IT!

      I mentioned to them that the reason my bag was peeling was because of the RECALL they had a couple years ago, and that it was the SAME ISSUE!

      They still said there's nothing they can do AFTER AGREEING WITH ME THAT IT WAS THE SAME ISSUE! But because it wasn't the same bag as the recall... just because it was a different bag...there was nothing they can do.... but they would replace the strap and the chain on the bag because there was a recall on that, but nothing else they can do to the actual bag....

      This is after weeks mind you of no one calling me back and a customer service representative laughing at me.

      The supervisor that I ended up speaking to at the end told me that there's nothing they can do even after all that I've been through. That everything I was told was accurate, and even though it was a different bag with the same recall issue, they still can do nothing about it and hung up on me.

      They still have my bag currently there have been no updates, emails or callbacks from any supervisor or customer service representative in regard to my bag, even though again they promised there would be....

      I will never be purchasing anything from Louis Vuitton and I will be selling all my current pieces including my Vintage pieces as well.

      A$2500 bag should not be peeling. Especially a Louis Vuitton bag.

      Please let me know if you guys have experience this issue and what was the result of the issue...

      While this isn't a knock on the store these bags are made like crap. Paying $5000 for a strap to break and being told it's 400 to fix is absurd. They don't guarantee their overpriced product because it isn't made well.. I will never buy a Louis again.

      I stopped in at the Louis Vuitton store(s) at KOP to pick up a Miami city guide since it is always sold out at my local store back home in Miami. The woman's store was staffed by a rather rude concierge who took my name and put me on a wait list for a CA. I waited for a good twenty plus minutes (on a mid-week afternoon) before approaching the concierge again to see if she could simply check inventory on her iPad to see if I should bother waiting even longer for the city guide. Unfortunately, she refused to help in any manner. I went to the men's store, where I was greeted and helped by a CA almost immediately who was able to look up inventory at the woman's store and put me back in queue for a CA at that location to pick up my city guide which was in stock. I've been to LV stores many times all across the country, and my trip to the woman's LV store on a weekday afternoon was by far the worst LV experience I've ever had. Lucky for me, my CA and entire the entire LV staff in Miami are much more professional and friendly, and I'll never have to shop at the KOP store again.

      I purchased a bag as a Christmas gift for my mom. During this transaction the sales associate confidently said there would be no issues if she were to exchange for a different bag with the gift receipt. My mom loved the bag however wanted the smaller size. When she got to the store (1 hour away) the associate accused her of using the bag that was just about a week old still in bag and box. In front of a packed store she told my mom there was use stains so she needed a manager. THE BAG WAS NEVER USED!

      The manager, Kristen told my mom she would do the exchange but the difference would need to be a gift card since I was not there to get the refund. You can not buy anything in the store for 150 bucks nor was that ever mentioned. I spoke with the woman on phone verifying card numbers and explaining that i too love an hour away and can not make it there. I offered to fax Id and card and there was no budging at all. I drove to the store and the manager and sales associate had left.

      A new sales person took care of us and not once mentioned the bag looked used or asked me for an id. She happily refunded the money. I explained the issue my mom had an hour before and she was baffled as well.

      An exchange that should have taken 5 minutes took upwards 3 hours. Poor management.

      So disappointing. The overall low rating for this boutique should not be ignored! This is not the LV boutique of the past. I got my first handbag here at the King of Prussia Mall years ago ( when prices were lower and quality seemed higher).
      My latest visit to the store left me not wanting to purchase a thing. We were corralled in a line-herded like animals. It was 45 mins before closing and we were last in line. So don't bother coming close to closing. As we waited, 3 groups came to cut the line and holler and staff to be let in. One guy from the group said " Sorry 'bout that" because he was fully aware he was skipping the line. Another group seemed to know someone-but no excuse! It's not good service to let your customers see others cut in line for whatever reason. When we finally got escorted in, there wasn't any apology. The associate was nice and helpful once inside, and the second star here is for that. If I did see something I liked, I would not buy at this location. Other locations will even send an associate to check on you in line and look up items on their pad. This one is stone cold!!

      You can't make an appointment. They have a line outside always of at least 25 people. 90% of those people are just browsing while the other 10% who actually want to purchase an item are waiting for these people to look around. This set up is so wrong!
      You should be able to make an appointment if this is how they are going to run this store. I am highly disappointed. I've been in line for 30 min and no lie I've moved 1 spot marker on the floor up. ONE!

      Came in today after work because I decided to treat myself to my first designer bag purchased on my own. Walked in and waited over 15 minutes before I began to just look at the bags myself. Finally someone approached and asked if I was being helped. Once I said I hadn't been helped, they said they would send someone over. After 15 more minutes still no help. This entire time I was near one of the registers waiting for the woman in front of me to decide which shoes she wanted to purchase. Once she finally made her decision and rang out her items, I assumed that the man ringing her up would help me next since I was waiting for her to finish the entire time... you know what they say when you make assumptions. In a nutshell, he walked away from the register immediately after completing her purchase and helped two other people in the next room over without even acknowledging me. At that point I didn't even want the help anymore, I just went next door to Gucci and got a bag from there instead. This location made me not want to ever purchase from LV in the future.
