Fabulous meeting Dominque here today! The entire staff welcomed us upon entering and ensured I was quickly attended to. She graciously helped me by listening and inquiring what my preferences were. We went over many items and not once did she pressure me or make me feel I was not worth her time. She offered my father water numerous times as he sat and I shopped around for a gift. We even picked out some pieces for upcoming holiday. Exchanged info and text me immediately with the pics I wanted for us to revisit. Excellent service and friendly ambiance! I look forward to many more purchases with her!

This place is a joke. Customer services is horrible. Will think twice in buying another bag . Over two thousand Dollars you think they would at least get back to you when they said they would. I'm going to try to get through to someone in corporate . I'm so disappointed in this service. By the looks of these reviews I'm not alone

My experience at this store was completely
uh-mazing all thanks to the stellar work of one of their fabulous retail associates CAROLINE! It was my first time ever purchasing from the LV store and I decided to go to this specific location, just out of pure curiosity. I don't regret it one bit! Caroline did such a great job handling my transaction and even took steps to go above and beyond to assure I came out with everything I wanted and more!
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews.
Caroline made it possible for me to get a very limited rerelease of a specific handbag (soon to be discontinued btw.) By placing me on a waitlist and withholding my information to complete the purchase as soon as it hit the store! She sent me a text and informed me that the store had received 2 bags and I got lucky! When I went to pick the bag up she had the same welcoming presence and charisma that make her the 5 star employee that she is. Before leaving she hugged me and made my first time at Louis Vuitton a wonderful and enjoyable experience!
Looking forward to returning and hopefully experiencing the same stunning service.

I I have never seen a service that is extremely terrible. Receipts and gift boxes need to be folded by myself!!!
I suspect that I walked into the retail store. No, 7/11 is better than this. I don't know what is wrong with the LV service? Let me deeply doubt that LV training program is just a joke? Is this the LV decline phenomenon, or is it just the laziness of employees?

Went in to do a little bit of early holiday shopping on myself. The shopping went smoothly, I knew exactly what I wanted, both were in stock, I was in a bit of a rush but was happy that the hand bags I wanted were available and I was able to get them without any problems. I did do my shopping a couple months in advance. I anticipated shopping during the holiday season would give me some problems. I do love the bags!! The store was also lovely!

Today I had the best experience I have ever had at LV. I have been to numerous locations and been a loyal customer over a decade now. Caroline assisted my fiancé and I which a exchange and a few purchases. She was sincere and made sure we were taken care of above and beyond our expectations. This would be a 0 star rating if I could give one! The customer service is the worst I've ever seen! Stacy the manager treated my mommy like garbage! We're returning all of our stuff that we've ever bought and never shopping here again! Gucci forever at least they treat us right!

I usually get good service when I come to this LV location. But I guess with anything in life, it depends on the individual that's assisting you.
This location is WAY better than the Garden State Plaza location. If you are in this area and looking for an LV, I highly recommend this place over the other at GSP. Certain salespeople are great but you have to find the right one.
Have a friend with you to help you be realistic about what you want and if it's worth it. They don't give you any kind of realistic opinions to help justify your purchase. If I'm spending over $1000 I'd like someone who comes across genuine.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
