Staff is friendly but the Dentist is not, he was rude and very curt. I'm not sure why he chooses to be so gruff with his customers but I won't ever return. Had a broken tooth, they decided to do a crown. Temporary crown came off in 48 hours, had to go back. When the crown that was ordered came in it didn't fit, the dentist tried to grind and make it fit and he broke it in the process. So it had to be reordered, another lengthy delay. Very expensive overall and he was not a nice person throughout the process even though the fault was his. He just as a rough demeanor and is unfriendly at best.

Staff is nice, place is clean, the work I have experienced and seen is good. So whats bad???? Complete insurance scammers. They are really big on upselling, especially deep cleaning. I went there 2 times and they used up almost all of my insurance on a deep cleaning and tried to keep telling me I needed a crown replaced. They knew I had just lost my job. I went to another dentist and he told me I didn't need a new crown at all. My teeth were fine. They also did not tell my husband his insurance was not accepted until after services were performed. Originally they told him it was accepted. By that time they had already racked up $1000+ dollars on him. So disappointed in people taking advantage of people nowdays.

I love this place! They always treat me kindly and with the utmost professionalism. Dr. Montgomery is very gentle and is a wonderful dentist!

Brought my father here and they treated him like a king. They were very patient and considerate of his medical issues. Unfortunately, they were unable to complete his dental treatment because of his inability to participate, but highly recommend this practice to the locals.
