Vegetarian friendly with a few options (they could probably custom make anything vegetarian by leaving off the meat or replacing with beans or rice if you asked while ordering) Cheese quesadillas are HUGE & the veggie burritos are massive. A little pricier than I was expecting, but the amount of food you receive in exchange was worth it. Two thumbs up from me. Also, plenty of parking spaces available. Convenient when traveling through to Moab or southern Utah.

A dump. Their food has gotten bad while they keep raising their prices beyond belief. Their breakfast burritos are very low quality. I like to order potatoes, eggs, bacon and cheese with cilantro and onions. They use these frozen potatoes pre-cut in rectangular pieces and they have NO flavor. There is very little eggs or cheese. Their onions are tasteless and there was virtually only a few tiny bits of cilanto. There was only tiny bits of bacon and very little, if you can even call it bacon. All in all, they pretty much lied to me when I double checked and asked while paying if they put onions and cilantro because there was really no cilantro, yet they were happy to charge me extra for it. The women working the front counter are rude and nasty. They are tightwads. Their food gets worse and worse every week and after over 1.5 years of being broken, they are TOO CHEAP to get their drive through speaker system repaired for their customers. You are forced to walk into their restaurant to order. This is a low class, low quality, greedy restaturant with lousy food. Go to the new place on Carbonville Road, also Mexican, better than this dump. The other place is called El Jinete #2. Also, Angel's Craving in Helper is a better choice as well. See receipt in the photo...you have to click on it to see the OUTRAGEOUS prices. Jilberto's charged me $19.30 for two burritos, which were crappy and tasteless.

Yummy! Stopped in here on a road trip through Utah! Husband and I both got the Super Fries in burrito form (can also get it as a plate) and it was great!! And we love Mexican food! Drive thru was closed for Memorial Day which is understandable so we went in and our food was made fast and came to us hot! The cashier was also really nice!

The food at this place is so good I couldn't even believe it. We almost didn't stop, but I'm super glad we did.

3.5 star experience but I'll give them 4. They are definitely the best dining option in Wellington.
I went with a carne asada burrito. The steak was good, nice browning from the griddle. The pico was ok, I think they cooked it with the meat? I would of rather had it added when the burrito was rolled. And the guacamole, eh I mean green water. I've seen restaurants thin their guac but never to this level. It was as thin as salsa Verde. Maybe avacados are hard to get or expensive in this part if the state?
Next time I think I'll try a breakfast burrito. Prices are fair and the cashier was friendly.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0 - Charlie W.Woodstock, GA1533Jul 22, 2021
The food is not good. When we ordered, they told us the beef burrito is a combination of ground beef, onion and potato. Unfortunately the combination was 50% onion, 40% potato and 10% beef. It had almost no ground beef.
And despite Covid restrictions being over, they wouldn't let's us put two tables together so our own family could sit together.
I'd go elsewhere.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nick T.Mount Pleasant, SC592010Aug 17, 2022
Pretty standard Mexican food, but the portions were huge and for a decent price. Food came out quick, was a nice lunch stop.

Okay today I am highly disappointed with the restaurant. I got a torta de asada and this is what I got. The skimpy out in the meat. Keep in mind the they are almost $8

I have to say being Mexican and growing up with authentic home cook Mexican food I can be really picky. I was pleasantly surprise and wowed by the food. The portion size where outstanding and the taste was really good. The salsa roja was on point! Will definitely be coming back!!!
