This review should be shared with the KFC review, since they restaurants are combined and you see the same employees.

I've never had a problem at this location and I've always dealt with a steady stream of good workers. There is a gentleman there that I see often, mostly through the drive-through, that takes excellent care of me. I think he's the shift or unit manager, but he's extremely courteous and fun to talk to. Always makes for a good visit.

They still get 4 stars, even though I don't buy much beyond the fish fillets, but I love the flavor! They're pretty good about cooking them so they're hot and crispy. The hush puppies are prepared well, 90% of the time, but that's not their selling point anyway, in my opinion. They also do a decent job on the fries, so when I get a side item, I tend to choose the LJS fries over the KFC potato skins.

They also do an excellent job of keeping the interior clean, which says a lot about their team.

I always have fast service and mostly hot food here. I do wish they were better about hot, fresh fries. Their fries are very gross when soggy and lukewarm but delicious when hot. Nevertheless, the order is always accurate and I don't have to wait in line for 1000 years.

Came here just to get the sweet and tangy shrimp, and was disappointed. Shrimp was cold not fresh and they drizzled a little sauce on it. I was mad like the picture the shrimp is all covered in sauce. They put more sauce on my hush puppies then on the shrimp. Not a happy pregnant women at all. Ps the sauce was cold

This is the 5th time in 2 months they have 100% screwed our order up. I'm allergic to fish/seafood. My husband ordered me 3 pieces of chicken, how is it he gets home and there are 5 pieces of fish, and not 1 piece of chicken in the 2 big boxes he ordered?!? I call the store, the arrogant, know it all manager was unprofessional, rude, and basically told me I was wasting her time, call the1 800 KFC number. Seriously?!? She would not tell me when the GM, or regional manager would be in the store, she said "I don't feel the need to give you that information, you can call back hourly every day until he might answer the phone, but he doesn't have time for your complaint, and neither do I." Her exact words. They don't need a manager with that type of attitude, and one who said I told you who to call, then hung up on me.

Never had a bad experience here. The employees are always super nice and professional. They repeat your order back to you to make sure it's correct. It doesn't take long at all to prepare and the drive thru is really convenient having two different options. Either LJS or KFC.

This place is horrible. The food is fine it's the freaking EMPLOYEES that suck!! Me and my husband went threw the drive thru last night, well really we didn't I guess. We got there at least 10 mins before they "closed" (we got there at 9:20pm) (which I think they were prolly were open til 10pm) the ppl in front just so happened to be a big a** family and for the life of me idk y ppl let their kids order if they can't understand or read everything on the menu. These ppl took so long when we got up to the menu they said "welcome to KFC sorry but we're closed"then y DF u let me wait in line. They cld took our order but were such in a hurry to get home. They seen us waiting in line all I'm saying is have some respect I cldnt give 0 stars it won't let me.
