Long John Silver's | A&W

With this being an A&W/Long John Silvers all I can say is that the root beer is exceptionally good. Our meal was fairly good as well but the place was a mess. The soda fountain was swimming in spilled soda, soaked napkins and ice yet none of the staff made any effort to clean up the mess. While placing our order the staff member assisting us just walked away in the middle of it so we had to wait for assistance from a different staff to finish our order. Our food did arrive fairly quickly and was sufficiently hot. That being said, this fast food place leaves a lot to be desired. Had it not been for us having a coupon I think we would've left and gone elsewhere to eat.

My husband was happy with his chili cheese-dog and I was very pleased with my salmon and shrimp!!! It was very tasty and well seasoned.
For a treat, my husband had their orange (blast?) or whatever its called.
Service was fast and efficient.
There were only two guys there when we came and they left so we had the whole place to ourselves! It was nice and cozy with couches offered, warm room temps on that chilly night, and it was warmly lit.

It was a Monday night, but still couldn't believe it wasn't crowded out! We will definitely remember this alternative for a quick and pleasant experience!

Everyone has that secret guilty pleasure, one of mine is Long John Silvers. It started as a treat in my youth, the closest one being an hour round trip. Eating here takes me back to my childhood. Since 2020 this location has been running at, probably, below minimum manning. But through all that the hard working employees have always been positive and upbeat. Kudos to them for always having a smile on their face no matter how long the line. Tonight I rolled up and there was 10 cars waiting, but they had us in and out in under 10 minutes with super fresh food. Please be patient with them, they are working their butts off. -- eating dinner at Long John Silver's (La Vista).

I mean I can't complain on an L9! And always ask for EXTRA CRUMBS! Sometimes forgotten, but the staff tries; it's apparent. The line is a long in the drive through - seemingly always when I'm car two. If you're gonna go, you MUST get the infamous A&W root beer; it doesn't disappoint. If you're looking for a quick "fat food" as I call it, swing on down!

If I could give less than 1 star would have.
Stopped by to get A&W rootbeer floats, those are great,but floor was dirty. Food all over the floor.
Drink area was disgusting, ketchup every where. Dining area needed to be cleaned.

Completely unsatisfied!! Went here tonight around 845 pm and first of all they forgot most of our order when we got home realized we had no hush puppies none of the sauce and none of the extra napkins we asked for ! We just recently moved into a new home and so we needed to get some food we have a one year old needed the napkins and sauce and hush puppies for her ! So forget the fact half the stuff was missing the food looked TERRIBLE ! The fish looked like it was just redipped the fries were soggy and cold ! We NEVER take food back but tonight we did ! Still redone it was HORRIBLE ! We will NEVER return here ! Wasted 17 dollars on food I took one bite of

OVERCOOKED fish, cold burgers. Only good things in this place was the very friendly lady at the front counter and the frosty mugged root beer. I wouldn't eat actual food again here.

Horrible all around. Ordered up a delivery using Skip as I'm from Memphis and just use Uber to get around while here. So I received my order 1st up they didn't send my fries that was part of my combo, 2nd asked for "No mayo please" must be a pound of mayo on my burger. 3rd meat is dry like its been there all day. 4th my chilli dog is just like the burger hard and dry dark brown. My My.Dew is flat. So thanks to the horrible service no dinner for me tonight.

Recently, we went here for a quick dinner. We love fish and have always enjoyed going here, as we support our local restaurants. This time, our food was slow and the french fries tasted old. My biggest complaint is the appearance of the restaurant... tables that needed to be cleaned, food on the floor and the area around the drink dispensers was dirty. This place really needs a good cleaning or help that will keep it up. I feel that if the interior of the restaurant looks like this, I am not confident in the kitchen area being any cleaner. We will not go back! We can go elsewhere to get good fish in a CLEANER environment. Having been a teacher for 33 years, I have seen cleaner floors in the school cafeteria! Needs better management! If I could I would have given this restaurant zero stars!

I go here for one reason...a frosted mug and pour my own root beer. Here are the things wrong with this place, today.

1) Bathroom is filthy. Streaky water stains all over the mirror, soap dispenser didn't work, no paper towels, and debris all over the floor.
2) No frosted mugs. What?!? Yep, no frosted mugs. Her reply, "all our mugs are dirty." Handed me a paper cup and says, "here's your mug."
3) I was the only one in the place and when I went up to the counter to wait for my plain hot dog, another lady came by and asked if I had been helped. "I'm just waiting on my hot dog." She goes back to check and I hear the lady who took my order say, "oops, I forgot about that." REALLY?
4) Three tables in the dining area had trash and trays all over them.
5) Garbage cans looked like someone missed and it was all over the floor.
6) Couches that are in there are nasty and dirty.
7) Folks, get all the tattoos that you want but when you work in a food industry and you have full 'sleeves' up and down both arms from the cook and the order taker, it doesn't lend confidence. Cover them up.

There is absolutely no manager involvement or pride in this place. No one really gives a crap. Don't bother going to this complete dive.

Made it back here today. The papa burger was quite good, there was no waiting line, and the food came fairly quickly. The lady working behind the counter was also talking to the drive thru which was a bit confusing. The place was very cold though, ended up keeping my winter jacket on to stay comfortable.
