Lola's

This is the cutest boutique in Lake Geneva, with something for every age and reasonable prices. The owner helped my daughter and I without being pushy. She was very friendly and helpful and pointed out the sale items in the back of the store where there were good deals.

Cute, cute, cute!

I just left this store and had one of my all time worst customer service experiences. As we entered the store, we were informed that they would be closing in half an hour. That signaled to us that we needed to hurry, which we found incredibly rude. We continue to browse. As my daughter is looking, an item falls to the floor. The salesperson yells at her to not step on it even before she has a chance to pick it up. Then the salesperson runs across the store. Rude once again. My friend and I tell our kids that we will go take a look downstairs at the comic book store. The salesperson then tells us that both stores have the same owner and if we don't want to support the business then we should just leave. All this unsolicited. To this point, we had said nothing to her, about her or anything disparaging about the business. JUSF RUDE again.

From what you read, the owner of this's business does a great deal to take care of her customers. I hope that will include addressing the terrible service that we received today.

I just had a great shopping experience. The owner was working & she was super friendly & helpful. She helped me find items I would like and offers me help on determining which styles & sizes worked best. I had a fun time chatting with her & got 2 beautiful dresses I am excited to wear. They were reasonably priced with one brand new at $46 & one for $34 on sale.
This store has cute & on trend pieces for reasonable prices. The prices are not too cheap (poor quality) or too high like some boutiques. There is a good mix of everything a good boutique needs. I think she got it just right. Only thing I wish she had was more unique or hand made jewelry pieces. The jewelry was all costume.

Next time in town I will definitely be stopping back.

Low lighting makes it hard to see the merchandise. A mish mash of cheaper clothing. Might appeal to some but will not return. In addition, the woman running the store screeches as her regular speech which is non stop - makes it hard to purchase.

I was reluctant to shop in Lake Geneva for a dress for a wedding. I had not been impressed with my earlier forays at shopping in the stores in the area. But after reading the Yelp reviews I decided to try Lola's.

I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! The sales assistant Joy was wonderfully helpful and the prices were extremely reasonable! Will definitely be shopping there again.

This store is awesome! Especially the owner Laura is really helpful. You guys should come visit the store because there's a lot of great stuffs here that you wont see anywhere!!!

I recently had the opportunity to revisit Lola's. The service here has definitely improved. The sales person on duty was much more friendly and familiar with customer service.

I have seen this place countless times but never bothered to stop in until now. Really great selection, cute styles, and friendly sales associates. Prices aren't bad at all. I will definitely have to check this place out more often.
