I wish I could give a hundred stars! Joe was amazing in every way. He was friendly and honest and his work was amazing. He cares about what he does. He was repairing a scratch on our front bumper and discovered a crack that he fixed-free of charge! Its something we would have never even known was there, but he cared about our car and his workmanship and awesome work ethic and fixed it before painting. The car looks amazing- better than new! We will be doing work with him again soon- im going to have him fix the headlights on my car now after seeing his work and what a great guy he is. We came from over an hour away to have him do the work after reading reviews and are so glad we did. Would drive twice as long.

Adding my super-positive review to the many others! I took my Hyundai Tucson in recently to get the dented front bumper replaced, and because I already had the replacement bumper with me from the dealer, it only took Joe two hours to remove the old one and do a fantastic job putting up the new one. Looks great and couldn't be more pleased!
If anyone needs bumper, lights or minor bodywork done, Joe is the man to see. His honest prices will beat any of the big body shops around and his work is guaranteed for 5 years. Joe is also a veteran and I strongly believe in supporting our veterans. Don't even bother with the big body shops for minor repairs, bring it here!

Another great find here on yelp that I came across and the best part is they are mobile so they come to you. How convenient is that? Just give them a call and set up an appointment. All he needs is access to an electrical outlet to work his magic.

If you aren't satisfied with the job he won't charge you but he left me impressed.

The cost? It was $150 and guaranteed to last 5 years. Way cheaper than purchasing brand new headlights.

After the job Tip: You cannot wash your car for two weeks!

Daughter did some bumper damage on her car while at college. Looked into a place on yelp and found this gem. Joe was amazing at communication, his price and his was amazing. Could not more highly recommend a person or a place.

Joe (Owner) is an absolute master at his craft. This owner is honest, trust worthy, and just a stand up guy. Someone rear ended my brand new Tesla one week after I purchased it and Joe repaired the bumper for half the price that a body shop was going to charge. I am amazed how quickly the repair was done and how impeccable my car looks. Joe was done in 1/3 the time than the repair shop estimated. The vehicle looks like it just came out of the dealer. You should get a quote from Locos bumper repair before you decide where to take your vehicle, I bet you won't regret it. Here are some before and after of my bumper.

I got rear ended several months ago and it left a tear in my back bumper. Instead of going through insurance, I took it to a body shop in Goleta to get a quote for the damage as well as a quote to fix the terrible paint job on my front bumper (unrelated). They told me they would:
1. Have to replace the back bumper entirely to fix it.
2. Sand down and paint over the disgusting paint on my front bumper and couldn't make any promises that their paint job on my front bumper would come out looking smooth and the same color as the body.
3. Quoted me an insanely high price and said it was liable to go up after they were done because of all the labor that would need to go into the paint job.

I'm so glad I decided to do my research and go to Joe instead!!! He came to my work, took a quick look at both bumpers, and told me:
1. I didn't have to order a new back bumper. He can fix the punctured area himself.
2. He could order a new front bumper and paint it so that we wouldn't have to deal with the peeling, wrong colored paint on my original bumper at all.
3. Quoted me a price that was less than HALF the price the body shop in Goleta gave me. The body shop was dishonest by not giving me the cheaper options he presented me with. Joe was honest and was able to quickly ID cost effective solutions. AND he gave me a discount for doing both bumpers at the same time AND he restored my headlights!

He quoted me a price back in December. I was busy traveling for a few months and wasn't available for him to do it, but when I called him 3 months later in February to get the work done, he honored the quote he first gave me and did the job quickly and worked around my schedule.

After he was done, I was unsure about the color of the front bumper because it looked just slightly different from the body color. I called him and without hesitation, he set up a time with me to repaint the whole thing. I asked if he wanted to take a look at it first and he said that as long as I can see a difference in it and I'm not happy with it, then it doesn't matter what he thinks because the only important thing is that I'm happy with it.
When we met up the 2nd time, he apologized several times and didn't question me and in 2 hours, he had my front bumper repainted (no additional charge) and looking perfect!!!!!

Joe offers quality top notch work and amazing, honest customer service. I feel like I'm driving a new car now.
Don't go anywhere else!!!!!! This guy has 5 stars for a reason! He knows how to run his business and is one of the most honest guys I have met!
