IN Self Storage - Cupertino

I have been looking at storage units and Leslie was one of the most helpful people that I found.

In self storage is a lovely convenient location in Cupertino. The manager Leslie is so kind , helpful and so professional. I had been looking for a drive up unit for a week when I finally found one at In Self Storage. Most other storage facilities e do not have many available drive up units and if the do are very very expensive. Other facilities I contacted were hot to get my business, but not with the type of unit I needed. Other than that many had all types of additional fees including: registration, andinsurance fees that needed to be paid before gaining a unit.
In Self Storage is just the opposite, kind, fair priced and they personally care about your needs and priced very well. Thank you again to the folks there especially Leslie. You Leslie are FABULOUS!!! Eileen Durham

Good rental rate. Clean. Easy to rent. Accessible. Returned my excess rent payment quickly when I moved out. Staff was helpful and friendly. What else do I need!

I have used a few self storage companies over the years and some were ok and some a mistake. But not this In Self Storage in Cupertino, they are GREAT. Great price, convenient, very clean and the customer service is outstanding. The staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. Thank you Leslie, for two years of great service and price, you're the best.

I love this spot. Leslie and Bob are such nice people that I'll be sad when I finish cleaning out my storage. Yes, the place isn't brand new. Yes, it is outdoor storage. But the property is secure and well-kept, the location near Stephens Creek is perfect, and the business is tucked into a quiet neighborhood on Blaney. There is alsa tidy restroom.

Easy peasy! Leslie the site manager was very helpful and super nice. Hours seemed flexible and easy access with code.

Called to get a quote over the phone. The lady that answered quoted me $75 monthly for their smallest unit (5x5) and $113 monthly for their next biggest size (5x10). Although I found it a little pricey I still considered them and made plans to come in. She then said they also take a $25 deposit and charge a $15 admin fee. Ok, I'm now up to $115 for their smallest unit. Still considering them, though.

I said, "Ok, so $115 for a 5x5 if I come get it today?" She said that it would actually be a little higher because they bill a month in advance so it would be $115 plus the prorated amount for the current month. That's now over $150 I'd have to pay today from the initial $75.

The kicker? When I told her nevermind because that was out of my price range, she just hangs up on me. Says nothing to me, just hangs up.

Never, ever, is it acceptable for someone in customer service to hang up on a client, especially when the client is as polite as I was on the phone. You just made certain you lost a client for life. Off to your competitors I go.

We used two storage units during a recent home remodel, and was happy with our experience. The units were spacious enough, well lit and lockable. Leslie was very responsive to questions about billing and vacating, and the price was reasonable. There's a gated entry and we never saw any sketchy characters lingering around inside. We would gladly use them again.

Just emptied our unit after years storing here since we're moving out of state. Never had any issues. Price was fair. Great location.
