Came here to look for men's jewelry. They did not have the cross that I wanted although they did have the chain. The customer service here was really lovely. I'm impressed. I was assessed as soon as I came in, was allowed to browse and she was free to answer questions and show me the merchandise. Lovely.

I really like this jeweler. Their selection is plentiful and beautiful and the customer service is on point as well. You can individualized attention when you walk through the door. Will definitely frequent them for jewelry purchases in the future. They have in house financing as well.

I never thought I would write a review about a jewelry store but I was definitely given great service from Lamon at the Columbia Mall store. My wife and I came in to get her engagement ring repaired and we were never told that we had to bring it in periodically to honor the warranty by the Gaithersburg store when we purchased the ring. She put us at ease and honored the extended warranty and also repaired a watch in a matter of minutes. We will definitely continue to purchase jewelry from this store and would highly recommend this specific store.
