Little Caesars Pizza

We ordered delivery one night because we didn't feel like cooking and haven't had Little Ceasers in many years. I never have high expectations. You know what you are getting when you order from here. The order arrived warm but started cooling off quickly. Pizza was ok. The stuffed crust was cooled off and didn't have much of a cheese pull. I will say the crazy bread was really good. It stayed warm and was the best thing we ordered. T-Mobile customers can get free crazy bread on Tuesdays. Check the app fir details.

Very accommodating with requests for pizza extras.
And of course very delish!

One star for the customer service. I've gotten their breadsticks before and they are fresh. I asked the girl if they were fresh because I wanted fresh ones otherwise they are super hard and taste stale. She said we just took these out. I tried one and so did my kid and they were hard. I walked back in to ask for fresh breadsticks or money back. The girl got a young boy with curly hair and he was extremely rude. Said no we aren't going to do anything because you gave your kid one. Well I wouldn't have bought them if I wasn't lied to and told they just came out. I should have gotten a refund. Won't be back.

We visited this location following a long day of getting work done. Our group was hungry and we found this Little Caesars near our hotel so we called to see if we could still order as it said they closed at 10 and we were calling about 930 pm. The person who answered said they were open til 11 so it wasn't a problem. We placed a large order which they said would be ready to pick up shortly. We arrived at the restaurant to find the doors locked and while there was a worker inside he would not answer the door despite multiple calls, knocks and even honks from our captain. As a result we had to find alternate food arrangements late at night because they decided not to cook the order we placed.

We found their behavior and actions very unprofessional. Had they simply said they couldn't handle our larger order that late at night or that they didn't want the order we would have moved on to another place. But doing that messed up our routine and ensures we will never give them our business again.

This is the second time this location has taken my money when ordering on their app and no pizza when time to pick it up. First time I ordered the lunch special and was charged and received a confirmation email. I showed up and the door was locked with a sign that said they'll be back in 30 minutes. Since I only get 30 minutes for my lunch I couldn't wait around. So I'm out the money and no lunch for that day. Today I ordered a specialty pizza on the app and showed up to get it and sat around waiting for it. Finally asked what's going on with my order and I just go a confused look from the guy. I told him that I placed and order online and he apparently saw it was in there and kept repeating "it didn't come through ". At this point I had to be back to work in 4 minutes. I asked him for a refund and he said no. He told me to wait a few minutes longer and came back a said again " it didn't come through ". Very irritated I said "so now no pizza, no refund and again no lunch for today. First time I figured it's only a couple of bucks I'm missing out on but this time ordering a specialty pizza it was a lot more and someone was in front of me to correct the oversight. All I got was a confused look, an empty stomach and a lighter wallet. Stay away from this place

Came in at 1pm on a weekday got a pepperoni pizza. Asked how long to have a fresh one made. Told me he won't make a fresh one on demand. Tried to sell me an old dried up one from their "Hot N Ready" case. It was obviously at least a hour plus old and dried up with hard cheese. Left without falling for that. First time I came in here in years. Now I remember why I stopped coming.

This establishment should close down, don't know how they stay in business...
ie...I had a Groupon discount voucher which they can not honor at this location, because they use to have a scanner and now they do not?? None of the staff has a clue on how to process the voucher.
I also ordered the Bacon cheddar loaded crazy bites and the cashier informed me that they can't make it??? I asked why and she said we don't have any cheddar cheese...WT****- Amazing.
The workers act like they don't understand their product or what is being sold....
Be prepared, if you are ordering anything then a plain pizza...You May Be there for awhile.

Hope you have better luck, as I've never experienced this at any other LiL Caesars.

Almost any time I get a pie that isn't ready made they give me the wrong one. One time they forgot to make my order all together. I only keep returning because it's cheap.

*In a rush so I returned again. Shocker, they got another order wrong. Fortunately it wasn't my order this time.

It is fast and cheap eats and it pretty good so dont expect gourmet.

I have been here many times and am satisfied with the product.

This place is awesome. Great service and good pizza! Staff are very friendly and helpful... this place is my go to spot when I have guest over. A++++... thank you for all you do
