After living here 1 year, I was offered carpet cleaning. Too late, I took care of it before moving in. I rented the Rug Doctor to remove (x3) the embedded mud throughout the apt. Walls, base boards, ceiling fans, windows, blinds, doors, coated with dirt/dust; showers filthy and rusty; oven needed 2 cans of Easy Off, refrigerator hadn't been cleaned; dishwasher had standing water, response to power wash breezeway was "work completed", but never done. A white family moved upstairs and their carpet was cleaned before they moved their furniture in - very humiliating. Some tenants are nasty, disgusting, trifling, filthy disrespectful because they leave garbage in common areas and outside dumpsters - full or not. Careful where you step dog crap everywhere. The Stinks is a breeding ground for rodents and insects. Getting tired of cleaning the breezeway but also tired of looking at the trash and roaches in the breezeway. Also tired of looking at hoses in ceiling from leaks.Yes, I decided to terminate my lease. You Decide.

the apartments are not bad, but it has crime has every other apartment complex in this high crime city. happy to have moved out. the management acts nice, but tried to stab me in the back by telling me I could do a roommate replacement, then ignoring all my phone calls when I tried to do the paperwork. Ended up paying for an empty apartment my last month because the on site manager is a passive aggressive and unprofessional drama queen.

      look elsewhere.

The apartments themselves are fine for the price but the management is entirely incompetent. They get nothing done. Don't even bother calling maintenance over the summer because they'll never come. The "transportation" to and from UA fits 8 people, runs very slowly, is regularly upwards of 30 minutes late (one time even 2 hours late) and goes out of service for "maintenance" with no warning for an indefinite amount of time (at least a week) claiming students can take the trolly (at least two trolly routes that take over an hour) and never informing you when it is back in service. Whenever you bring up a concern such as people driving upwards of 40mph in the parking lot (where adults children and pets are regularly outside) and the fact that nobody is curbing their dog (which is clearly written as the residents responsibility in the lease) so there's crap everywhere, they ignore you. When you complain they call you rude. When you leave they charge you ridiculous prices for absurd things. All in all not worth it. Find somewhere where the prices might be higher but at least the people running it have half a brain.

Played in April 2011. Course was in the best shape I've ever seen it in although some of the greens still have issues ( bare spots). Short and very tight and winds through a huge apartment complex. If you're a local, you may get the feeling you're playing Mimosa as some of the holes weren't really changed in the rebuild but all the new holes are cool and will kill you with greenside bunkers. Greens played pretty fast too. For out of towners there are better more expensive options (ol' colony=best public course in t-town) but for the price and overall course conditions the links is a good choice.
