I've shopped at this International Farmer's Market a couple of times. It's on the small side when compared to YDFM or BHFM. I've found the prices in general to be good but impacted a bit more with seasonality. I feel like some of the produces is a bit more hammered than what you find in the larger markets but that may just be a product of quantity. There aren't a lot of options in this area so it's nice to have a market near Lilburn.
The best prices seem to be in the meats and seafood - I haven't tried either from this location so I'm not sure of the quality. There seems to be a bit more options for Indian cuisine - it may be due to it's being close to the bit temple on Lawrenceville Hwy. Lot's of Latino food options - think of this as a mini-BHFM.
The parking is always busy and you will get run down so be careful approaching the entrance on foot - there's a Harbor Freight at the other end of the L-shaped shopping center so you can combine your trip and pick up some supplies or the latest cheap tool. Checkout can take a bit depending on how well the store is staffed - peak times have more cashiers but also more shoppers - I tend to avoid bumping carts so keep driving when the lot is full.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - C K.Colorado Springs, CO2542Sep 9, 2012
I'd lose 10 lbs if I couldn't shop here! :LOL
So much to choose from and such AWESOME prices. I buy all the meat and veg from the farmers market. Condiments/staples I buy at the reg grocery store.
I do make one suggestion. Do not buy the steak or whole chickens as they are both low grade and can be very tough.
It's hard to pass up Ribeye Steak at 6.99 a lb. I pay the extra at Publix for a high grade of cut.
Always polite guys in the seafood dept, if not flirtatious, but I don't mind. I buy 30.00 or so of seafood at a time and come home and freeze it in baggies covering it in water...the proper way. Love it and go back regularly.
Just wish they had a real bakery for more sour dough and European breads rather than just Latin type of stuff. Owners are friendly and helpful as well.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Michael L.Loganville, GA011Aug 12, 2011
This is a great place to get your produce--I was just there and got a
water melon (the round kind) for 1.99-- the large tomatoes were .79 a
pound--I looked around and all of the produce is priced right--I will be back.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Autumn S.Atlanta, GA1092599Apr 13, 2011
I love this place. It is not ever too crowded and they have awesome prices!

This is my to-go place to shop for meats and veggies. Although the Asian ingredients aren't as plentiful as they used to be, I still go here because they have the main ingredients I use at home. I loooove the cuts of the meats here, I have not found any other International markets with the similar cuts. The prices are reasonable and I love coming here. It's never too crowded either.

The parking lot is crap. The employees are okay. Not too friendly but not rude either. Their items/products aren't as extensive like the other ones. They don't offer too much here. But their meat is cheap. The seafood department is much smaller than the other international markets in the area. There's only one or two isles with asian cuisine products. The produce here is very cheap! Definitely a good place to stock up on meat & veggies.

There are much better options for farmer's markets at the same price point. The layout of this store is horrible and it feels claustrophobic shopping in there. The place is crowded. Since there is hardly any space for lines at the cashier, you are blocking a heavy flow off traffic as you wait in line. People are either pushing into your cart and trying to get through. I didn't feel comfortable buying any meat or seafood in here as I do at Super H, Buford HWY Market, or YDFM, because this store was very dingy. I probably won't return.

Hard to beat the produce in this place! Great selection, amazing prices and excellent quality. We buy our meat there, too but it's the produce that blows me away.

I've been going here since they opened here in Lilburn, and I like it but have one big gripe, and that is that they have the store arranged so that you feel like a rat in a maze in that there is no way to, e.g., dash in there and pick up a few items from say the bakery because once you enter you are forced to go to the right, past the veg and down at least one aisle, Previously you could dash in to the bakery, or go through a part of the veg section and then walk across the store in back of the people checking out. I find it extraordinarily offensive that the owners of a grocery store have the chutzpah to treat their customers like rats in a maze, so much so that I am seriously considering boycotting the place.
As to its quality, good veg with a lot of choices at good prices, but they make it up with a lot of inflated grocery prices on normal supermarket items, SOP when their are obvious bargains and not-so-obvious shafts. Bought some hamburger there once and it was fine, but am wary of their meat and fish, although perhaps illogically - large variety of unusual meats. Follow the law (Publix and Kroger don't) showing country of origin of fish, but not meat but again neither do Kroger and Publix and now that the World Trade Organization has banned our showing meat origin stores OK - likely fish will follow, yuk!
Good variety of unusual groceries - European, Asian and Latino. Over time the market has become more and more Hispanic so that if you want cold cuts you're stuck with mostly FUD brand - tried their boiled ham once - twice the salty taste of other brands, but lately they've bought a few items of a non-Hispanic brand, but very little choice. Aury Bakery on premises, either part of market or a separate business within market a large disappointment unless you like Hispanic baked goods - torta rolls, not-so-great Hispanic pastries, but excellent Mexican croissants, which I recommend highly - not crispy like French croissant but with an excellent, slight brandy flavor, very good "tortillas" filled with fruit - guava, pineapple, etc. in a good but un-French puff pastry. Lousy French type bread both baked there and brought in - soft and gummy - it'd be banned in France. Also, Aury Bakery doesn't label a lot of its bagged goods, so you sort of have to guess what they are - you can sort of tell the bagged croissants because they're vaguely crescent shaped.
All-in-all I like the place and would continue going there is they didn't treat me like a rat in a maze.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lucian M.Buford, GA02Jul 9, 2015
