Lighthouse Cafe

Oh it's good- but far from amazingly great. Yes they have fried fish and cold beer. The table hot sauce of spiced and pickled carrots and onions is great.

Only misstep was the key lime lie which was sweet but lacked any key lime flavor or bite.

When this was pointed out to WILLIAM the bartender/ man in charge there was an overwhelming sense of disinterest. Like so? Everyone else likes it.

Despite my protest and inability to eat it- we were charged for it anyway. Shame.

But I wouldn't let it ruin an otherwise nice experience nor discourage you from coming here. But don't eat the key lime pie.

Had the conch fritters and fried fish platter for lunch. The snapper was good portioned, delicious and only $11. Sides of plantain chips, coco rice and slaw. Table area was clean and had a great view of ocean.
