Both doctors are wonderfully caring people who are skilled at their craft and do great work. They have provided me relief in numerous areas including a bone spur in my foot, history of 2 low back disc herniations, inflamed neck disc causing nerve pain in arm, neck/ shoulder/ collar bone discomfort & even cured my sleep apnea with the Cranial Facial Release treatments. They keep me going & in very grateful!

After seeing Dr. Melissa for a series of chiropratic adjustments, I found myself doing pirouettes in my kitchen! My head and neck felt more aligned and therefore the surrounding muscles felt more supple and efficient. She really took the time with me to look at the x-rays and give me some good tips for how to maintain these improvements. I trust her with my body. She's the best chiropractor I have been to, and I highly recommend her!

I've been suffering from sleep apnea and poor breathing for over 25 years. I was blown away after the first session let me sleep thru the night. Pretty impressive! Dr. Crago loves her patients and has amazing focus and concern. Her adjusting skills are impeccable!

I drive all the way in from Richmond to see Melissa Crago, who is simply the best, and also now Ryan, who is part of the team. They are sensitive and expert at putting bodies back into alignment, especially my 75 year old body that seems to get more out of whack with age. These folks are wonderful and hopefully saving me from ever having to get a knee or hip replacement. Highly recommend them!

First off let me start by saying I'm a nurse with a history of back issues. I initially found Dr. Melissa at Life chiropractic when dealing with a flare up of neck and back pain. My initial visits with Dr.Melissa were great, she made me feel very comfortable and made sure all my questions were answered before being treated. I have now been coming to Life chiropractic for over 6 months now my neck and back pain are non existent! I have also been working with Dr. Ryan over the past couple months for my weekly adjustments and he has been awesome to work with!! I can't recommend this place enough!

Dr. Melissa has been a godsend for our family! I first started working with her towards the end of my pregnancy. Seeing her twice a week helped to ease my hip, back, and glute pains so that I could sleep and continue to work. Thank goodness!

Once our baby was born we began to take her in for treatments -- initially to resolve some tight shoulder muscles, but we then realized her digestive issues improved and she was much calmer after treatments! We bring her in weekly for care and Dr Melissa is super gentle yet highly effective with her. The baby loves receiving treatments and even sleeps through them sometimes!

I've continued to get weekly care postpartum since nursing and carrying the baby wreak havoc on my upper spine. Dr Melissa's work also helps my nervous system relax especially after those days when baby is crying a ton and I feel jagged.

Dr. Melissa is consistently warm, funny, thoughtful and gifted at delivering the most relieving adjustments I could hope for. I go at least once a week and I'm noticeably chipper on those days because I look forward to the visits so much. The staff are all very wonderful and the office is warm and relaxing. I really would just hang out here all day if I could! If you've been having any body pains give Dr Melissa a chance to help you.
