So, I think the clothes are nice... which is why I ended up buying a couple items. One of them was on sale- the tag had the sale price on it, yet when I looked at the receipt, they charged me full price.
The workers spent the next several minutes trying to figure out the system, then told me that even though they made a mistake they can't give me a refund.
They made the mistake yet can only give me store credit. So because of someone else's mistake, my money is stored somewhere on their system.
They later told me their manager would call me (after I made a few comments) but no phone call yet.

Uh, what?

I'm saying the same thing everyone else is saying. If you want to be ignored, this is the place. This is the place where no one greets you. They won't even look at you. It's funny because I used to be the manager of bebe in 2001 and we greeted every customer for loss prevention. I'm just sayin..

The young girlies were too busy steaming clothes and putting them on the rack. I hear you ladies you trying to get some work done but honey... if you don't help customers they are not going to buy. And let me tell you women over 35+ got money.

Cute clothes but customer service will be the end of this store for sure.

The clothes are really cute but overpriced. The two Caucasian girls did not greet me at all, but the greeted the white male who came in immediately after me.

the items are cute. but the people who work there never seems to actually work and help the customers. they're (2-3girls) always sitting behind counters gossiping like they're at a brunch lol it happened to me at 2 separate occasions. I was actually going to purchase something but I really couldn't bare the lack of service & me, as a customer, having to walk up to them to get help. they were 5 different customers in the store and they didn't even greet any of them. they need to do better.

This store is so cute!! They have so many different styles of clothes and accessories to choose from, and everyone on staff is really kind and helpful.

Great quality clothing and excellent customer service. The store décor is like no other.

Found a dress that could hide a multitude of flaws and is still "sexy" on sale for $40!

Fitting room available. Selection of clothes was varied and of good cut and quality.

The sales persons were friendly and helpful and patient.

AVOID! I purchased an item in the store, took it home, and realized the fit was slightly too large. As I was visiting from the Bay Area, I immediately returned to the store to exchange for an extra small. They did not have my size so I requested a refund. I was as nice as I could be, but the girl at the register was an absolutely, unrelentingly cold and rude. I was told that the receipt stated that there are no returns, exchanges only. Ummm, okay. Well, that is only learned AFTER a purchase is made. Turns out there is like a six point typed policy notice on the SIDE of the point of sale that CAN'T be seen when ringing an item up. Wow, so much for the intimate, friendly, personal experience I typically enjoy from boutique shopping. You would THINK the owner would care about return business and word of mouth...nope. In fact the sales associate assured me that not only was the owner never in, but she doubted he would care at all. She then encouraged me to "go ahead and call the cops or whatever...you can stand here until we close. Peace to you, I guess you sleep at night just fine. That according to your snitty clerk at least. According to her, you don't care how bad your Yelp reviews are. Alrighty then, this is for you.
*Update-as it turns out, both Anthro and Free People carry this item. Same price, but with great customer service and return policy. Sadly, think I my days of clothing boutique shopping are over unless I can get a BETTER experience than going elsewhere. Too bad because I so want to support small business owners. :(

So this place is the worst customer service and money grab basically steal your money with no shame. My friend from Vegas was told it was 70% in the back room so then when she went to purchase the item it wasn't 70% and the sales lady had the cash still in hand not even receipt printed yet and with no shame or helpful option they said no return and said only store credit or exchange. They could have just handed the money back but she wasn't going to budge or let it go so I highly recommend you Don't not shop here you'll definitely regret it and wish you spent your money else where. I will not be shopping here again once I spend the store credit they arent keeping my money but really this place should be closed down.

Make sure you are certain you want to buy the item or you'll get con'ed into there thievery and have you money stolen from you. Good luck you've been warned

Overall the service is polite, professional and not too pushy. The product selection is perfection in four walls. If you can't find anything you like that's more fashion forward, they're likely to offer a perfect basic that everyone should have in their closet.
