My tire started leaking and I was about 2 miles away from this Les Schwab. I called and was informed I would be able to have my car looked at with about an hour or so wait for a walk in. They did a great job with my car at no cost to re-patch the leak and everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Thanks Les Schwab techs for helping me get back on the road!

Somehow I ended up with a screw securely embedded in my rear driver's side tire, causing a slow but steady leak that would leave it nearly flat in about three days. Due to scheduling conflicts, I wasn't able to take it to the dealer to repair it, but fortunately, ol' reliable Les Schwab will patch any tire for free, and just happened to be in the area of this location.
They were, of course, busy as usual on this particular Friday afternoon, but the quoted 90-minute wait for service ended up being only 60. As thanks for their continued stellar service and quality, I purchased a much-needed set of Snow Socks for an upcoming drive through some snowy passes. We certainly put their work to the test, as my wife and I drove over 500 miles on it, back and forth to Leavenworth, the very next day, over the weekend. No issues whatsoever.
You'd be hard-pressed to find a better business when it comes to tire sales, care and maintenance than Les Schwab. Their reputation is well-earned.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

I have been coming to this location for many years, and though there have been a few mistakes they have made I overlooked them. We're all human! Today was the last straw, I cannot trust them ever again.
A bit of history:
Last year I had them do an alignment. I scheduled an appointment in the morning and dropped off my car. They called at noon and said it would take a bit longer. I called them at 4, and it still wasn't done. They had my car overnight, and it wasn't until the afternoon of the next day it was ready to be picked up. This was a scheduled appt!
Several years ago I ordered new tires and scheduled an appointment to have them installed. When I arrived the tires I ordered weren't in the store. I was told to come back another day or pay for more expensive tires!
Today was maybe the most frustrating. I was only having my tires rotated, something they offer to do for free if you buy their tires. At drop off, I was asked if I wanted the alignment checked. I said sure. I didn't get a call letting me know an alignment was needed or asking my permission to do the work. When I picked up my car they told me I owed $110. It was only then I found out they did an alignment without my consent. Went in at 5pm before they closed. They looked at my tire for me and made sure it was okay. Didn't charge me. Would definitely bring my car back here!

Twice now I've gone into Les Schwab thinking I needed a new tire, and both times they've patched it and sent me on my way for free. I don't normally really believe in "brand loyalty," but it's nice to have frank conversations with people who are not trying to rip you off. When I do actually need new tires, this is where I'll go!

Couldn't find a place to do my break fluid flush so I decided to try this place out. Haf gone to their Ashland location and had such a great experience so I decided to give them a try.

Similar to other business, this location has had to hire new people. I miss the guy from 2020 who seem to have worked there for years. Great greeter and people person.
Now they seem to be on an up-sale kind of dialog. I bought tires here because they will check the pressure and fill for free. They won't take tips.
I went in for a tire rotation. I knew I needed 2 new tires. I felt like the guy tried to trip me mentally with his jargon of "do it today".... "Get these other ones", yours are not in stock....blah, blah, blah. "What do you want to do?"
Uhh, "I wanted my tires rotated."

Honestly predatory business practices. Accepted a car for an alignment. 90 Min later, they call and say we need new front tires and they will not proceed with the alignment without new tires. They gave us a tire quote and we checked with discount tire. Discount tire had a lower price, so we went there. Turns out, the front tires were completely fine, but we could use new back tires. Long story short these dudes tried to charge us an extra $210 for tires we didn't need, and we didn't even get to complete the service we scheduled ahead for. Always make the tech show you the tires they say you need replacing

Brought my Tesla Model 3 in for a slow leak tire and was advised it was not patchable. They then informed me that "due to the Tesla requirements for a AWD vehicle, I would need to replace all four tires even though only one is damaged and quoted me as such. I called Tesla and they told be that this is incorrect and that they only need to be replaced in pairs since there is no traditional drivetrain and differential on a Tesla.

Earning your trust is our business, which is why we train our technicians to recommend replacing tires according to the manufacturer's specifications as noted in the vehicle's owner's manual. We genuinely apologize for the miscommunication, as many of today's all-wheel-drive (AWD) vehicle manufacturers recommend replacing all four tires together. Les Schwab is one of the only old fashion service places out there.
I have been coming here since I was a young gal. I would say at least 70% of the people I know use this establishment in some fashion as well.
They are a busy place especially in the winter it seems so there may be some delays. Make an appointment if you need something specific I suggest.
The guys in the shop hustle and actually don't walk they jog. If you buy tires they rotate and fix the flats for free in most circumstances. Great warranties as well.
I have used them for tires, wheels, brakes and alignment services. I had a battery go bad just a few months before it went out if warranty and my vehicle was stranded about a mile from this shop. They actually came to the vehicle and changed out the battery. Now that is customer service.
