My recent meal at Le Thai was superb. The cucumber salad was a refreshing and flavorful appetizer, perfectly balancing crispiness and tanginess. The cozy ambiance enhanced the dining experience, making it a memorable outing.

Honestly so happy I decided to give this place a try! I was craving Thai food AND dessert. So when I found this gem on Yelp I decided to give it a try. It was a short 15 minute walk from my hotel in Vegas & the reviews were great.

The restaurant is easy to locate on a strip of other restaurants and bars. The inside is small, but clean and inviting. When I arrived I asked someone seated outside if they enjoyed their food and got a mixed review which made me reallyyy nervous, but I decided to trust my fellow Yelpies instead and I'm glad I did. I ordered to go at the bar with the bartender Manuel and he was so kind and efficient. When I was undecided about what I wanted to order and mentioned the short rib fried rice caught my attention, he immediately told me it was a great option, so that's what I went with along with mango sticky rice for dessert! He also offered me water while I sat and waited which was very thoughtful. It did take a bit of time to get my food as the person sitting next to me at the bar arrived after me and got their food (same dish) before me, but they could have a priority order for how they make their food, so no biggie.

I walked back to my hotel salivating and ready to dig in. The food was a solid 9.5/10. The only two complaints I have are that there were fatty pieces of the short rib in the rice and texture wise that threw me off. But once I recognized what it was I was able to remove the other pieces from dish. The mango sticky rice was delicious, but I wish the rice was a bit more moist and that they gave more of the coconut sauce. I believe the ratio of rice to sauce was definitely off.

Overall, I'd still highly recommend and can't wait to be back in Vegas (can't believe I'm saying that) to try them out again! The price point is also (kind of) high. I paid $32 with tip for both dishes.

Typical thai menu, but good lunch specials offered.

Parking is difficult since its near Fremont St experience but plenty of garage and surface lots available.

Hands down. The best thai food I have had in my life

It is to the point that I am mad that it took me this long to come here and I regret every time I passed on going.

Service is prompt and fast and the ambiance is young and vibrant. Feels like a trendy restaurant in a hole in the wall.

The short rib fried rice is better than David Chang's with 10% of the price of Majordomo. Perfect amount of heat.

I never thought I could be impressed with the execution of a crab rangoon but that dish with the spicy plum sauce is craveworthy.

The sauce for the fresh spring roll is perfect and a unique take I can't describe. You could tell from the color of the sauce that it has some extra flavors other than peanut sauce. My only criticism is that it needed more meat.

This is a place that won't break the bank and will give you a flavor that rivals the top asian chefs of the city.

Looking for Thai while downtown, checked Yelp and found excellent reviews @Le Thai.
We arrived on a Sunday (Easter) around 6:30 and this tiny spot was packed!
We put or names on the list and walked a few doors down to enjoy a beverage while waiting.
Le Thai offers a full bar with seating,
open kitchen (love) and excellent service.

From the bar we enjoyed a couple of Lucky Buddha's and a nice crisp SAUVIGNON BLANC- where's Linus.

      We ordered:
      1. Crispy Spring rolls- super crisp, super yum!
      2. Crispy shrimp- (shrimp wrapped and fried In an egg roll wrapper) very interesting and yummy.
Although, the sauce for this dish....absolutely delish with a little baby kick.
      3. Thai Style Beef Salad- I love Thai Salad and I'll rate the beef on this salad as the most flavorful/tender in town.
      4. Short Rib fried rice (topped with two fried eggs). Hubs ranked this as best in town.....period!
      5. Shrimp Pad Thai- Nice blend of flavors including a nice amount of shrimp.

      Spice level 1-5.
I feel they're a little light with the spice but you can always add more. :)

We will definitely return for more delicious tastings!

Stopped by for a late lunch on a weekday and we were immediately seated. It's a pretty neat place inside with tons of greenery and wall decor to look at. Since we came during weekday lunch hours, they did have a lunch special menu which is basically some of the entrees at a discount of a few dollars. I opted for the lunch special ga pow ($12) with chicken as my protein, and spice level 2 out of 5. My partner got one of their signature dishes, the short rib fried rice ($18), and we also shared the waterfall beef ($15) as an appetizer.

We both really enjoyed the waterfall beef, which was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Coupled with the accompanying sticky rice and side of waterfall sauce, it was a great starter. In terms of the ga pow, I've had better. There was no spice to it whatsoever, it tasted more like a 0/5 than a 2/5 on their spice scale. Same with the short rib fried rice. I also think the ga pow could have used a lot more Thai basil, as I didn't really notice any in the dish? It was a nice sized portion though.

Overall I felt flavors were a bit mild/muted but so I think next time, I'd order some of their spicier curries or soups (or maybe even the larb!) in hopes of finding something that packs more flavor.

Best Thai food in town!! We were pleasantly surprised with this restaurant right on Fremont Street. Happen to arrive at a perfect time. 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon. I understand lunch time and after 6:30 the wait can be quite lengthy. Restaurant is not very big, there is also an outside patio.
Every dish had a very authentic taste. Spicy eggplant was my favorite
Staff were all friendly and attentive. And not overly priced
Will definitely be back for a Thai Food fix

Great food, I had the cucumber salad and the tri color curry - great. I was just in Thailand and this was as good as anything I had there. Also the Basil Gin Drink - I forget the name....

It's a cozy spot with great service just a short stroll from Fremont Experience. Why give the casinos more of your money at their restaurants...check this place out. The sign is a bit hard to see I missed it the first time.

I'll start by saying we love Thai food and we're pretty spoiled with some great places. The food here is good - Not great but good and not many traditional choices. We sat ar the bar and Manny was our server and bartender. He was awesome - Super friendly and provided excellent service.
      I'm giving 4 stars because I would give Manny a 5 but the food only a 3.

Like most restaurants in Downtown Vegas, this one was packed & very busy but the bartenders and staffs were very friendly even in that situation.Ordered the Chicken Garlic Fried Rice and it was delicious. They also have a little patio space where you can dine out.
