Le Faubourg

Too loud and service too slow, waited approx. 2 hours on the main course. For the waiting time we asked for a cheese platter. They provided cow milk based cheese when asked twice about goat cheese because of allergies.
Even when the cheese was served and questions asked the restaurant owner lied about it and later blamed later his kitchen staff incl. the chef!
Seriously... is that what you call French hospitality?
Service on a scale between 1 and 10 rated at -5.

Probably the worst French restaurant I have been to. Atmosphere is terrible, mega loud. The people in our party of 4 especially those opposite couldn't hear us and we had repeat every word about 3 times. Service is mega slow and they don't really care about the customer. The presentation of food is good, however bottom line looks better than it tastes. All the warm food came out cold. When I asked to have main re heated they threw the food into a pan with lots of oil so the entire plate including vegetables and gratin was oil, also half the plate returned, most of meat didn't come back to me. They serve the cheapest and disgusting sparking water and charge high price for it. Coffee was also terrible.

The wine was undrinkable and I thought their butter was off. The staff do not care. 3 course meal for 4 was 404,00 euros.

For this price class, we expected top service and not a junior Waiter who delivered the wrong plates to us, didn't know how to to work a card machine, slow service where starters came after an hour while you sat there for 30 mins without ordering and stone cold food.
We would never return.

Excellent food. Extremely good quality and the presentation was spectacular. The food was a little higher price than what I am accustomed to, but it was tasty

The restaurant is little so quite noisy but I liked the decoration and the Parisian Bistro ambience.
The waiter was not so friendly at the beginning so it seams that you have to first be really nice to him (big smiles etc) before he finally gets pleasant On the other hand, he was from a really good advice.
The meals were really good even if not too copious and a little bit expensive (100EUR for 2 persons).
