Le Chambord

Came here for a wedding. It's usually a bad sign when the waitress can't explain a dish. When asked about the chicken and sauce, her response was "I don't know what it is but it's really, really good!" The service was extremely slow. My table received their entrees when the bride and groom were cutting the cake. When the food finally arrived, it was a true disappointment. Steak ordered medium rare came well done. The chicken was bland not "really good" as the waitress stated. The Brie pastry appetizer was the only edible course of the meal.

During cocktail hour, there were never enough clean plates. And there was never anyone to take away the dirty plates. So dirty plates took up space on tables for sitting/standing.

What an excellent meal. The food was prepared to perfection. A reasonable fare for quite high end ingredients. Beautiful place as well. My kids are foodies as well (age 10 and 13)and they were treated with the same level of service and respect.
Which brings me to the actual highlight; Antonio and Bobby whose level of service are outstanding. We were so impressed we will be scheduling a large group for the fall.

So Le Chambord is under new ownership and an ABSOLUTE 5 star! The re-did hotel rooms on the grounds, are fresh, clean and still hold there historic value with a modern clean twist. The grounds look great! And the attention to detail for my sister-in-law's wedding was nothing short of the best. I am so excited to see what other plans this place has in store. The wedding was wonderful! I would definitely recommend checking them out. Reading Some past reviews I was first skeptical but seeing what these new owners did .... beyond what I could have imagined. Great job!

We had a delicious dinner on Easter. The staff was so attentive and very nice. The food was delicious. They had an abundance of Easter treats for the kids. We would definitely do it again.

This place was amazing to stay at! The staff were the friendliest people and went way above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. They made sure we had umbrellas when it rained and did anything they could to make sure our stay was perfect. They made us all feel like we were part of the family. The property is so cozy and is a great place to relax and unwind. The rooms are so spacious and beautifully decorated. Would gladly return anytime

Such a friendly staff. I booked on a third party site and they changed my room from 2 doubles to a Queen no charge. Plus they have the softest towels ever.

Oh man! The food, service, and atmosphere was fantastic.

My wife and I went here to celebrate our anniversary and we are so happy we did. We came for the pre-fixed menu but stayed for the entrees because they sounded too tasty to pass up.

The entire meal was delicious and the staff was so friendly, in a genuine way. The prices are perfect for the portions and quality of food. We both ate everything on our plates and plan on returning again!

There's something intriguing about 6 sisters buying a lovely inn. We had dinner with friends a few weeks ago and enjoyed it very much. The staff is trying very hard to create a great customer experience. We liked that the meal wasn't rushed and we had time to converse and relax. But although we enjoyed the pace, I think it was the result of not having enough help so they probably need to address that. I had the salmon which was very good. Our friend had the risotto which was not very good. My husband enjoyed the lamb dish. We will be back again because we want to see this place become a success

We visited Le Chambord for a wedding this,past week. This was my first ever visit. I was told the new owners were amazing. Well amazing does not even touch the tip of the iceberg! The service was TEN stars. The food at the wedding was delicious and extremely abundant. Our overall experience was top notch. The love and warmth of the new owners is evident in every detail!
Definitely give them a try!

What a lovely weekend we had at Le Chambord at Curry Estates. If you haven't visited the estate recently, you're missing out! From beginning to end the staff was amazing and took very good care is us- like we were family. The food was top notch and the grounds were so relaxing. The rooms have been recently updated and very detail has been thought out--perfect. The food was delicious we had dinner and brunch there during our stay. My favorites were the blackened salmon and the chocolate mousse -to die for!upu can eat outside or in their formal dining room. Stroll the grounds at your leisure-so peaceful. What a great weekend! We'll be back for sure!! Thank you to the Curry sisters and their amazing staff !
