I love sandwiches! I'm glad they have a Le Boulanger near my workplace. My favorite on the menu is the hot pastrami. Great ingredients that is full of protein which is a great post workout meal. I usually order takeout and they are very nice and professional over the phone. Even in person, great customer service all around.

I have been to this Le Boulanger many times and did not have the best experience this last time. The food was good but the cashier was not the best. He did not seem to want to be there and was very slow. He seemed like he did not know the menu or the register. He kept having to look up at the menu on the wall.

I would say the food was as good as normal. I had the clam chowder and primavera salad combo. Both were very tasty. My mom had the turkey pastrami sandwich and clam chowder combo. She said here turkey pastrami was a bit bland and not spicy at all like pastrami should be. She enjoyed the clam chowder though. They also gave me a sourdough role which I ate for breakfast on another day. It toasted up very nicely. I also received a free croissant from my value card points. I also ate that on another day and it was tasty.

I definitely will be back here as I really enjoy their food but hopefully will have better counter service.

Nothing like a healthy sandwich for lunch. Service was quick despite the lunch hour. Seating was easy to find and it was a nice and quiet place to just unwind after a stressful morning. My sandwich was delicious. I couldn't have asked for more.

I'm a total fan of their chocolate croissants... they're awesome! i find so many that have the tiniest bit of chocolate inside, and it's solid/hard. these are gooey and full of chocolaty goodness. yuuuummmmmmmm. i've tried other pastries, all good, but that's my fav. lunch foods are great too. salads are fantastic.

service: this is where they fall down. i almost went 3 stars because of it. in the mornings, they usually only have one slow, lifeless girl working there. she really has zero personality. not sure where they found her, but she needs to perk up and act like she likes her job at least a little bit.

I just don't get this place never have really...there are so many better sandwich/deli/bakery places out there!

There were 3 of us in our party and we came off hour around 1pm on a Wednesday. There are not a lot of businesses around here so it's not like this place gets packed for lunch like other locations.

I found the staff to be unfriendly and honestly a bit lazy. The restaurant was dirty, tables left with dishes and trash on them, I get it people are supposed to bus there own tables at these types of places but let's be honest not everyone does and/or people are just a-holes, but even the bused tables looked like they hadn't been wiped down all day. A staff person should still take a pass through the dining room to pick up and wipe down tables, it's only polite and probably apart of their job title, I'm just saying. There was even garbage on the floor. When you are watching people wipe off and down their own tables and chairs before they sit that's a problem in my book!

Anyhow, our order was simple...2 sandwich combos and a bowl of soup, when did that run you $32.00! I'd expect a seriously good gourmet sandwich for that price right...NOT!

My wife ordered the Classico, which was Grilled Chicken Breast, Monterey Cheese, Veggies, with a Balsamic Vinegar Dressing on a Cibatta Roll...um the chicken didn't look natural reminded me of grilled fast food chicken not something I want to pay almost $9.00 for.

I ordered the Sonoma Chicken Salad, which was diced chicken, cranberries, toasted almonds, celery, mayo, and other stuff. It normally comes on a wheat roll but I asked to get it on a Cibatta Roll. Well the sandwich makers must be on autopilot because my sandwich came out on a wheat roll. I had to ask them to remake it the way I ordered it, which they luckily did with out any issues however they literally just peeled the stuff off of the wheat roll and put it on the new roll....I know, I watched them do it! Lazy!

These places are not rocket science, it shouldn't be that hard to just make good gourmet food and keep your place clean. For the price you pay here the quality of ingredients are not up to par and the type of sandwiches are low budget for what they charge... honestly I can get a better quality sandwich at Togo's than at this place!

This would be the last place I would think of going when I want a good sandwich...

This place reminds me of Panera. Your sandwiches are great as our their salads and soups. We used to eat here a lot before we changed offices. It's a very efficient place and you get your food pretty fast. Their shrimp salad sandwich is one of my favorite items.

Ahh the good old days, where I discovered dutch crunch bread mixed with spinach dip from the Lucky's next door was like my crack. We used to come here all the time after church (or during when we ditched!) and get some baked goods from Le Bou. Always fresh and delicious! It's definitley a trip down memory lane coming back here. Their sandwiches and salads are really good here as well!

I'm really not crazy about this place. I don't know exactly what it is, but I guess for a bakery, I guess I expect their baked goods to be, well, great. But nothing here really is great, everything is just average. And for the price, I would just as soon go to the market a few doors down to get a loaf of bread.

Also, one of my pet peeves about a food place is when I order toast, I fully expect it to come out to me already buttered. There is nothing I hate more than being served dry toast with butter on the side. It may seem silly or insignificant, but it really drives me crazy. This also translates, in my mind, to bagels and cream cheese, and here at le boulanger, it comes on the side and I hate that!

I also feel like the service here isn't all that friendly. I usually end up coming here pretty early in the morning when I do come here, and I just personally never feel very welcomed. It could just be me, but that has been my experience.

I come here out of convenience, but if I had other options so close to my work in the morning, I would probably choose to go somewhere else.

What the heck happened today?! Used to love this place. Key word being USED to. The Huge turn over of staff is the first sign I probably shouldn't be eating here in the first place because there's ClEarly something wrong here.... I've only spotted two familiar friendly faces left. FRIENDLY being another key word. The mid aged clean cut Latino and the shorter Latina woman. Seems like they're the only literate ones here and only ones capable of getting me my BAGEL at a speedy rate. Every other employee seems confused and ALWAYS messes up my order. Or disgusts me by going straight from sweeping to grabbing food with the same gloves. Still shocked by the horrible service i received this afternoon by a mid-aged Caucasian lady who was blatantly rude and treated me like i shouldn't be eating a bagel in the afternoon. Why not?!?!?!

Maybe the two familiar faces can teach everyone how to run the place like it used to be.....

Someone give them a raise! And get me my damn bagel in under 15 minutes before I teach them how to use a toaster and manners as well.

Will not be returning. Unless i happen to see my familiars..

It's 10AM on a Saturday & my hubby & I walked in; after waiting 5 minutes to order (no line....just no one there to attend to us) we ordered; 3 minutes later our buzzer went off. There was some mix up & our order wasn't up; looking in the back there's 1 person working. That makes it a grand total of 3 people working on a Saturday morning.
I'm all for scaling back, but when we paid nearly $20 for meals for 2; I would expect more from McDonalds......LeBou is no longer on my 'go-to' breakfast list.
Let me know when your staffing problems are fixed & I'll consider coming back!
