I went into my first office visit with a lot of trepidation. In fact, I wanted to run away and hide in my car. I've had terrible back pain and Fibromyalgia for 30 years, so I've made the rounds of any doctor in Asheville that might could help me, including a chiropractor, years ago. But I stuck it out. I think I'm glad I did. Dr. Claire is so sweet and passionate about what she does. She seems to care a great deal. So, she put me at ease. She didn't do anything at my first visit, other than getting to know me and using a TENS unit for a few minutes. I agreed to come back, although I was disappointed that they didn't bill my insurance for my first visit. The doctor told me what procedures they offer and was upfront about the costs, the number of visits she would recommend, and what insurance would pay for. She also told me what financial plans they offer and that they would work with me.

The second visit, she adjusted my back. (And they were able to bill my insurance for it.) So, I'm going to go to some more visits and see what happens. I was in a lot of pain for the next several days, but I expected it, because it's something new for my back, and I learned to live with it.

The office is very clean and bright and soothing. It almost feels like going to a spa. The loud noises from some of their procedures are a bit jarring, especially on your first visit when you're nervous. I feel good about recommending them and I highly recommend getting your visit with Dr. Claire.

This is the best care ever. Dr. Sara Lawson works on every aspect of the body that she, with her great knowledge, knows just what to do to adjust the body. Not only does she help with my back pain, also helps with my shoulder pain, leg pain, hip pain and foot pain. Once I see her I feel so much better. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. So many people have uncertainties (just as I did) about chiropactic, but I am here to tell you, you won't regret it.

Let me start by saying I never write reviews for any places but I felt a need to write this to save other people time and money. If you'd like to know why I felt a need to write this please read this review entirely.

I was a new patient here about 3 weeks ago, got a pinched nerve in my lower back and needed a new chiro in the Asheville area because I just moved here. I got realigned the first time I went to see this office and it helped. The next 2 times I went the Chiropractor I saw did not do any adjustments besides my neck because I was "too inflamed" in my lower back. I was told by the chiropractor that I would need to see them 5 times before I started to notice any relief. The second and third time I went I got zero pain relief because we didn't do any adjustments. The third time I went they added on this "K-Laser therapy" which apparently gets better the more you do it. So I wouldn't notice results from it until the 5th or 6th time. Oh and let me add that this Laser therapy cost 60$ each time you do it and insurance didn't cover it. So I was gonna have to spend near $400 on it before seeing any results. They use a laser to emit light into the area affected for 5 mins and it's supposed to help with inflammation. Yeah sounds super legit, huh? I left feeling no relief in my lower back and ended up going to an orthopedic doctor who prescribed steroids to help with the inflammation and after I picked up the prescription and took the pills I immediately started to feel relief.

As far as I can tell this place was trying to rack me for $1000 and honestly that's all I think they cared about. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY.

I have been a loyal client with Dr Kenton for two years now. I have suffered from chronic pain most of my life which requires monthly Chiropractic care. Dr Kenton has the best precision when it comes to adjusting. I always feel safe on his table and confident he knows what he is doing. He is both friendly and incredibly professional. I know he loves helping people and is always trying to make sure we are making progress. The staff are wonderful as well. They are very friendly, and very quick to do their job. I have never been in a chiropractic office before that runs on time like they do here, while maintaining a genuine relationship with their clients. It is my hope that more of their enthusiastic clients share their positive reviews here as well. A two star review is not reflective of this establishment.

Dr. Sara and Dr. Kenton are both fantastic. In just a few short months, I was feeling great again! The entire staff is absolutely wonderful and I always look forward to visiting. I've been to several chiropractors in the past, but these guys are top notch. Give them a chance, you won't regret it.

After going there for almost a year and spending over $600 for $50 visits, I realized it wasn't really helping my heartburn. My backpain wasn't gone either. I decided to visit a back doctor in Asheville. They looked at my back and saw that the muscle on one side was larger than the other. Then they had me walk to check out my gait. She noticed that my gait was a little funny. She then measured the length of my legs and found that my left leg is a whole inch shorter than my right. She gave me (for free) 2 heel shoe inserts to lift up my leg. Within a week my pain was gone. It's been 3 months and I haven't had any backpain since. Wish I hadn't wasted $600 here.
