Jonathan successfully handled a matter for me last year so I naturally thought of him when I was facing a more serious issue. He took my call right away and was very calming. He put me at ease. I was extremely nervous about day in court but he was by my side while he fought for a dismissal. I wasn't surprised when the judge ruled in my favor. The saying is true, you really do get what you pay for!!! I am so glad that I chose Jonathan Franklin to handle my case. I can now put this behind me and move on with my life!

The DA seemed to be running on auto pilot and was too quick to judge and was very much ready to pursue a very lengthy case despite having no evidence that truly justified the charges. Jonathan's tough negotiations led to a Case Dismissed! Sometimes I wonder how many innocent people simply get caught up in this type of mess and end up behind bars.
