I decided to check out this nail salon since it is pretty close to home and they looked to be empty, which meant no wait for me but at the same time I was concerned why are they empty? I went ahead and decided to give them a shot since I like to support my local businesses. I went for the deluxe spa pedicure for 35 dollars which includes, sugar scrub, hot wax treatment, callus removal, massage. The did an excellent job and my toes look so cute. The salon itself seems to be a little dated but it's clean and they sterilize the equipment.

As you enter they have the pedicure spa massage chairs to the right, and to your left they have empty fish tanks. So I asked him while I was getting my spa pedicure what is that for? he said that they actually put hundreds of fish from asia into the tank and you stick your feet in the tank with the fish after your pedicure. What a kooky concept, and apparently its very popular in the east coast and china. If you ask me, I don't think I would ever do that since I think it may be bad for the fish and I don't see the benefit.

Overall cool place for a pedi and they are pretty reasonably priced and clean place. No fish were harmed during this review.

I love getting my nails done here! The first time I came I used a groupon and received excellent service! I returned a second time and received the same great service. There's no pushiness on upgrading to anything and everything is always done really well! I even had a special request for my nail art to match my handbag and they more then complied, Jon recreated the character exactly! Which I've posted a picture of!

I went into LaVie Nails today with my Groupon. They sat me down at the pedicure chair THEN told me that they didn't show my appointment on the books, and therefore would not honor my Groupon. The funny thing was that every one of the pedicure chairs were empty - it's not like I was encroaching on anyone else's appointment. There was only one person there getting a manicure - totally dead, and they still wouldn't honor my pedicure Groupon. Obviously, I left - I wasn't about to pay them for a pedicure, when I'd already paid for the Groupon.
It was probably a blessing in disguise. The pedicure chair was dirty and the vinyl was split all over - I can only imagine the condition of their implements. Perhaps I saved myself more trouble.
What a poor business decision on their part, though.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! WORST EMPLOYEE SERVICE EVER!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! IM PISSED BEYOND PISSED!! My daughter went with a girlfriend on Saturday May 4th 2019 and asked for the same nails as her friend when the lady was finished my daughter WHO IS 12 YEARS OLD asked why her nails were different then her friends were and the stupid lady had the dignity to say, well your friend has "skinny long fingers" and you have "FAT SHORT FINGERS" WTF!!!!!!!!!!!! Who in the world would EVER say that to a 12 YEAR OLD GIRL!! No thanks I'll take my service elsewhere... if you don't want what you are wanting done to your nails COME HERE! Also if you want to feel insecure about yourself go ahead and feel bad about yourself and go there!!!!

The guy made me bleed and they still wanted me to pay when I decided to walk out half way through the service because I was bleeding and in pain.

Professional, knowledgeable, ethical, friendly & client oriented!!! The owner Cindy, took the time to sit down & talk to me(my nails are very personal & very long)!!! Paul did my nails & design. Price was on point!!! I'm extremely grateful to have found this gem(her nephew works at papa Murphy's on McQueen, gave me the suggestion)!!! I got a full set "old school" acrylic, long. Very happy & will be returning for a fill & bringing my daughter for a full set!!

This was my first time at this location. Made an appointment and was greeted right when I came in. It was very comfortable. Good color selection. The pedicure I chose included paraffin wax, sugar scrub and leg massage with hot oil. I also had my eyebrows done. I like them very full and a lot of people always try to make them super thin. They listened to exactly what I wanted and I'm very happy with my eyebrows. As we were talking about additional services that they have, I selected to have eyelash extensions which I have never had before.I am very happy with them and I have attached before and after pictures. My eyebrows are all red from the waxing which is why my four head looks ridiculous in this picture. I did s partial set since it was the first time. It took just over an hour and I fell asleep for 1/2 of it! It was $85 for the partial set. They also offer longer ones which she referred to as the Kardashian ones! I will come again.

I rarely get my nails done and very particular on how it's done. This was my first time at LaVie. The salon is hidden and is located next to the florist. The salon is clean and pretty. Mr. John is so wonderful and is a perfectionist! He's kind and friendly and made me feel comfortable there. He made sure I liked the way my nails look before polishing and asked me what I liked. He did not rush and took his time. Go see him! I highly recommend it!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at LaVie. My mom, sister, and I got shellac manicures and regular pedicures, and honest to goodness....it was the best mani/pedi I have ever gotten. Michelle (who was assisting me) did such a fantastic job, and paid close attention to detail. My mom and sister got fantastic service as well. I will be coming to this place again. They are fantastic! THANK YOU, LaVie!!

Very upset with my experience. Had a nail design, the girl checked to see if it was dry, and smudged my nail design. She fixed the heart but smudged the whole rest of it and didn't offer to start over and fix it. Didn't notice it till I got home and saw it up close. Also got nail polish on my skin and didn't take it off. Horrible experience. Not worth the money I paid.
