They took my very last minute booking an hour and a half before appointment time. Staff was polite and had great phone etiquette. The establishment was very clean and updated, felt comfortable getting a massage based upon cleanliness alone. On top of this successful introduction, Joseph was a great masseuse! He was professional, calming, and very informative about how our bodies get wound up and sore and how we can help alleviate that tightness. If I lived in VA year round, he would be the guy I'd go to. Thanks for the experience, Joseph and staff!

I booked the $60 per hour sports massage

My original appointment was for July 9th a representative called to cancel a therapist was ill and unable to come in. They contacted me and I rescheduled on July 16th I called on the 13th to cancel. I received a notice on 7/16 I was charged $80. I called on the 7/17 asked to speak to the manager they said they are unavailable asked for my name and number didn't receive a call back. Buyer beware these people are charging you after you have called and canceled your appointments check your statements.

I tried LaVida for the first time and was very satisfied by the ambiance, the quality of services, and the customer service. I highly recommend LaVida!

I just left a 90 minute massage and I feel exactly the same as before I entered, actually I feel irritated. When Natalia asked how much pressure i'd like, I responded with as firm as she could and she denied my request. It was a light touch massage which absolutely did nothing for me. It was a waste of 90 minutes and $99.95. I'd understand if "firm" wasn't a possibility due to me selecting the 90 Minute New Client CUSTOM Massage, however, I indicated my problem areas (calves and feet) and those too were only lightly massaged.

A little on the pricey side but you absolutely get what you pay for. My wife has serious medical issues and her body is very frail, Donald always takes the most care and concern with her when we go in for our couples massages. Shelley was also very good on this most recent visit for my massage. A lot of places in town you can get a massage, and several places you can get them for cheaper, but you get what you pay for.

Poor customer service skills, poor phone etiquette. Definitely will not be giving them my hard earned money.

They were great! From the warm greeting from the front desk woman to Mia who did my massage. Very accommodating, always checking to see if everything was going well. I asked Mia for a Swedish massage and that's exactly what i received. That doesn't always happen, sometimes a masseuse can get carried away but Mia made it very relaxing. Next time i'm going to try the facial.

Had a couples session today with Amy and Sondra. Sondra did a great job relieving my neck tension. They included aromatherapy for free based on my fiancée's military status. According to him, Amy did an awesome job. She paid special attention to the tightness in his calves and offered helpful tips for future prevention of muscle strain. Overall very satisfied.

Expensive, even though they don't think it is. They have limited availability and high prices. It's not exactly a great match. You're going to have to tip the masseuse. Not doing so is pretty pathetic. Your hour is $100.. Enjoy

I cannot stand being short changed. That is probably the number one pet peeve of mine is when I'm getting a massage. I am paying a dollar a minute (and that's with the discount because I was there for the first time) for a massage I expect to get 90 minutes with a massage maybe a little less but I was torched changed about 15 minutes mind you that's not including the five minutes or 10 minutes that I took to go to the bathroom in the middle of my massage. Needless to say this place has extremely high prices and unless you become a member you are not going to get a good value for your money. Also their sheets were not soft at all they were kind a rough. For their discounted membership prices you can find other places without having to pay any kind of enrollment fee and upfront fees as well.
