During the past year-or-so, LaserShip has delivered a few of my Amazon orders. On two of those occasions, they delivered my orders to the wrong apartment (we live in a huge building) - and in both cases I had no way to know who received my packages, and it took awhile for the mistaken recipients to bring the packages to my apt. There was also another time when a package of mine was never delivered. I contacted LaserShip (via e-mail) each time (sent directly to the regional manager and the regional general manager [I had their e-mail addresses since I'd had multiple problems previously]), but they never responded to any of my e-mails. I'd also tried calling the phone number one of them had given me some time ago and I left a voicemail each time, but no one ever called me back. At this point I'm going to request that Amazon never again sends any of my packages via LaserShip.

For the past several years, they delivered from one of their (West Side) Manhattan locales - but very recently, they began delivering to Manhattan from this locale. Probably 95% of the time, everything has been fine - although they do tend to deliver until late in the evening. However; there were several occasions (out of literally hundreds) when issues arose. I contacted management personnel about those particular issues and they were terrific to deal with. Although those experiences were frustrating each time, the management's very positive responsiveness goes a long way towards engendering my satisfaction.

Edit 8/5/23 back to 1 star- back to being awful & lying about packages whereabouts and what I appreciated in my last update was that they started doing proof pics- but now that seems optional as the last couple times my package was told it was delivered when it wasn't & there mysteriously wasn't a proof picture uploaded. They're now merging it seems with OnTrac, so guys get your sh*t together.

They now have proof of delivery where before they'd just say delivered when it wasn't. Their proof is like Amazon, a pic of your package on your front doorstep. I appreciate this and will give credit where it's due, when it's due.
Apr 17, 2020Previous reviewWorst WORST delivery company EVER. They steal your packages. Packages don't just go vanishing into thin air. This company needs to be shut down and go out of business and then prosecuted for grand theft. The ONE time out of dozens they delivered, they delivered to my mail house and not my residence for anyone to take. Thankfully people here are honest and didn't take my package. Unbelievable how they're still allowed to do "business" (and I say that word very loosely)
If you notice the company you ordered from sends you a tracking number and it's LaserShip- call them and complain and ask them if they can flag your account not to use them in the future- I know Anazon does that.Dec 19, 2019Previous reviewWorst WORST deliver company EVER. Still waiting for a package I ordered 2 weeks ago, per Ulta (yes I'm dealing with them as well) the carrier the use is bad about scanning packages but they are sure it was shipped. Since it's been so long they are re-shipping the item, which I'm guessing will go missing again. If you go to the LaserShip website the don't offer any contact options aside from the package tracker and their FAQs. Super shady. Hopefully the more we complain to our sellers the less they will use this horrific company.

I have had numerous problems with this carrier, with many companies - merchandise has been lost or arrived damaged and had to be replaced at the cost of the company/seller.
Their tracking will show delivered, when it hasn't been, or ends up delivered days or weeks later. This has happened many times with Lasership - their tracking is NOT accurate.
They leave packages, NOT in my mailbox, out in a common open area, NO WHERE NEAR MY APARTMENT, near the open road, where anyone walking by could pick it up and walk away with it.
On 2-3-18 they left a box with merchandise worth $296.72 on the ground, in a puddle of water! The bottom of the box was completely falling apart soaking wet and filthy!

DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS FROM COMPANIES THAT SHIP USING LASERSHIP!!! If you could rate 0 stars on Yelp, that's exactly what I would give to this awful company.
I ordered a product with amazon prime and they used Lasership to send out my package. The item was supposed to come two days ago on Friday and I got an email saying "Lasership couldn't get to the front door, mailbox, or driveway." I called right after getting this message on Friday, the RUDE customer service agent took my phone number down for the next attempted delivery on Saturday. I called again on Saturday morning just to be sure I would be contacted. AGAIN GOT THE SAME MESSAGE. PACKAGE COULD NOT BE DELIVERED.
These people are not only UNRELIABLE, but they are LIARS-- I was home all day both Friday and Saturday waiting for this damn package to arrive. I called today to try to find out what was going on and the customer service agent HUNG UP ON ME.

Scamming and Still At It.
We Ordered twice from this company and the first time I simply asked if it was delivered to my neighbors by mistake and the gentleman continued to laugh, and said "Oh no, it isn't at one of your neighbor's houses haha." I belive the company simply scans the packages for computer parts knowing amazon is a huge company and will simply refund everyone with no questions asked and probably too many orders for amazon to keep track of. It scares me from ever filtering for one-day deliveries in fear that it will end up with this SCAM company and filled out both times "dropped off at front porch" while we have always had a family member or employee at home waiting for the rush delivery. This is a horrible way of doing business and I can't wait for them to lose their license with amazon because this is atrocious. I have a detailed story from the last time also. Yup, I'm have the same issue as pretty much everyone on this forum. Yesterday it said my package was delivered, but it is nowhere to be found. I even had to call LaserShip twice, because they couldn't locate my address! I gave them explicit instructions as to where my apartment is and where they should drop my package off, yet they still screwed up. What the hell? Why do I have to explain where my apartment is? UPS, FedEx, and USPS know where it!!
Companies who care even the slightest about their east coast customers need to STOP using this service.

Delivery people are almost all unreliable and completely indifferent to doing the job correctly. Twice now I've had packages from Sephora NOT delivered at all but Lasership says they were, of course no signature was produced because they were never here. In
addition when they do deliver packages, they don't ring your bell for entry into our
building but they just leave the package on the street somewhere nearby the building, where anyone could pick it up. Luckily today, my neighbor saw them drop a box from Walgreens Drug Store, on the street and saw it was for me and brought it to me. Their delivery people probably make below minimum wage and clearly don't give a hoot about the potential importance of what they are delivering.
